Das renovierte Zimmer war schön, im Badezimmer war der Duschkopf defekt. Wir haben aber nicht reklamiert. Das Frühstück war ziemlich komplett, Luft nach oben gibt es immer .Das Personal war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der Viertel wo da Hotel sich befindet ist sehr ruhig aber in 200m befindet sich die U Bahn, viele Geschäfte und Cafés und Restaurants.

The hotel is simple but very comfortable. We stayed in a quadruple room with four twin beds, and the layout was great — we had plenty of space to move around. The room itself was updated, and while the bathroom was fine, it wasn’t as modern as the rest of the room. The heating worked very well, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good too, although it ended at 9:30am, which felt a bit early for a vacation spot. We absolutely loved the location. During this trip to Rome, we stayed in three different areas: one near Roma Termini, another close to Fontana di Trevi in a more touristy neighborhood, and this one in Prati. By far, this was our favorite location. It was very easy to get around both on foot and by subway via Lepanto Metro Station, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby for dinner. Walking past Vatican City at night on our way back from dinner was truly one of the highlights of our trip.

Decent stay

The service was very friendly. The room was ok, I would say the bathroom looked a but dated and was shower only. The breakfast was decent if you’re happy with cereal, pastries etc. but not much in terms of hot options. Wifi worked. Location was pretty good.

On Monday, August 18, 2025, at approximately 8:30AM, we left our room at the Hotel for breakfast downstairs, in the same hotel which offers free breakfast, while our belongings were still inside the room, with the sign of privacy properly displayed outside on the door's handle. At our astonishment, when we returned, the room was wide opened, and the house keeper was in process of cleaning the room. My wife's wallet was missing, with monies and our US passports inside . Although the cleaner said that she only opened the door for cleaning purposes, that she didn't enter the room, nonetheless, the 5 euros left on the TV's table with a "thank you" note for their hospitality, was gone. When confronted with the removal of the 5 euros, the cleaner said that she took it. However, she denied taking the wallet... Charges were attempted to be made on my wife's bank, and credit cards at 09:26AM. We are still very surprised to notice that one can have their wallet stolen on the property of an hotel!

The front desk staff were friendly and answered all of our questions about how to get around the city. They had a nice breakfast . In the evening we enjoyed sipping wine on the rooftop terrace. The room was a little warm, but we are use to air conditioning in the US. The location was excellent to walk to Vatican City. It was a little bit of a hike to the Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc.
