Great staff. Property was a bit small but to be expected in Rome. Amazing location!

Accessible everywhere around Rome Centre. I also like the hotel personnel who are nice and caring. They treated us like a family. They toke care of use all through out our stay there in Rome. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Very central location, extremely friendly staff and beautiful appointed rooms.
We stayed at the annex building, which is 5-10 minutes walk from the actual check-in desk / main building. There is a porter to show us how to get there and help with the suitcase, which is good. The room is generally clean and has a good selection of amenities such as kettle and other bathroom essentials. The only problem we had is there is no source of fresh air in the room - the window is connected to the atrium, which is also a closed indoor space. The front desk advised us that the cooling function of the air conditioning was disabled as it is already November. As a result the room was really hot and stuffy, and we had to open the door of our room to get some fresh air from the corridor from time to time.
