This hotel is perfectly located for anyone who wants to walk most of the major sites of Rome. We stayed here for three days before our cruise started and we got everything done that we had on our checklist. All major sites were well within 15 minutes of walking at any pace. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant to deal with, very helpful with suggestions for eating and sightseeing. The only thing we thought was a bit odd was the elevators. They are tiny. They can barely hold two people & one piece of luggage. You very highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome

We were placed in a small room without windows and low inclining ceiling, morning cleaning staff are beyond noisy, the breakfast was below average, The only positive thing about this hotel is the convenient location.

Great hotel in very central area. Got a good price. On a major road so could be noisy but also made it easy to get around. Much of city walkable from hotel and for rest it is on many bus routes. Front desk staff helped us navigate busses. Great breakfast - stayed 7 nights and never got bored with breakfast. One morning needed to leave early - told front desk- and next morning breakfast staff was ready for us early. Had lemon water available off lobby. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Excellent Stay

Perfect for our two night stay in Rome. Great location, welcoming staff. We had a minor issue with a fuse in our room and they had us switched into a new room in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Perfect Hotel Location

Perfectly located in central Rome - all the highlights (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Vatican) are within easy walking distance. Front desk is very helpful, rooms are comfortable. Very reasonably priced for such a perfect location.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean, fantastic service from desk. Good room A/C. Self-serve bar on site. They can arrange a cab for you easily, quickly and cheaply. We arrived 4 hours before check-in so they freely Stored our bags until our rooms were ready; even carried them up for us. 2 small elevators. Free breakfast with excellent coffee. 100 percent recommend. Won’t find anything this good for a comparable price. Better service than you find in the US.

This hotel was great right at the marina in sorrento with great seafood restaurants a close walk. It’s away from all the tourist in the main piazza. The staff was very nice and helpful and the Basement grotto served a nice breakfast. Nice rooftop area as well

The staff is professional, the hotel is close to many sites and restaurants (10 min walk each direction), I had an apartment like room on ground floor, if older or disabled, steps to bedroom are very steep and narrow, younger couple may enjoy this room (#99), room could use updating.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy walking distance to all attractive places we are interested. It is pretty much about within 30 minutes walking distance. Five stars are on Location and convenient, as well as the staff from front desk and breakfast service, who are very friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the facility is little old, needs some update. I would stay here again.
