I'm giving a 4 star overall due to the bathtub. I had to climb into it and my roommate almost fell on the first day. The shower head leaked in the 3 areas. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Front desk closes at 1000pm. Friendly staff. Complimentary drinks and pastries.

I was upset because your advertising says that the hotel has an elevator. I needed one because I an disabled, however found that I had to go UP QUITE A NUMBER OF STAIRS TO GET TO THE ELEVATOR. I had to transfer to another hotel, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Also the room was very small around 8 ft x 10 ft.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elite! The service was very good, everyone was very helpful and kind. When we arrived we got a map of the city and a run-through of where the popular attractions were, as well as some tips and tricks to help us navigate the city. When we were leaving we asked for help with booking a taxi to the airport, which went very well. The lobby had baked goods, fruits and a juice machine which was complementary of the hotel, as well as the contents of the mini-fridge in the hotel room. The room was very nice and clean. The only less good things were that the walls were thin which meant that we heard everthing that was said in the next room, very clearly. The other thing was that we were unsure as to whether or not we could use the elevator, since we got told it was too small for the three of us and our suitcases upon arrival, which we thought made sense. So i guess you could say it was our fault for not checking if we could use the elevator during the rest of our stay, and it resulted in us climbing 30 steps to our floor every time we went up during our trip… So the elevator may actually work, but we for sure got some exercise ;) Overall, we are very pleased and would like to thank Hotel Elite for making our trip a memorable one. :)

What drew me to this hotel was the location but also the fact that it is marketed as « soundproof » …this was a lie. The walls are paper thin. We got unlucky and had a family in the room next to us and the baby woke us up every morning at 6 am crying. It felt like we were literally in the same room as them. We could hear everything that went on in the hallway. Besides that the hotel is very basic, our room was facing the Main Street which was SO noisy when we opened the window to get fresh air as there was no air conditioning in the room the 3 days we were there. I would say if you want quiet this may not be the hotel for you but everything else was ok, very basic.

Me encanto! El Hotel está muy bonito y cuartos también son modernos. Está ubicado ideal! A una cuadra las escaleras españolas pero sin estar en el bullicio y la calle está linda. Volvería siempre. Escaleras para llegar al elevador.

O hotel é bem localizado, próxima ao metrô e aos pontos turísticos. Atendimento acolhedor e quartos modernizados. Só não gostei de ter muitas escadas para subir antes do elevador, que é bem pequeno e só cabem as malas ou só 1 pessoa de cada vez. Mas no geral recomendo este hotel.

Hotel simples mas confortável, velho por fora mas os quartos são modernizados. Fica a 1km do metro. Bairro simples mas bem localizado, com muito comércio , restaurantes e fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos. Hotel com muita escada, difícil para quem não tem muita mobilidade. Recepção foi calorosa e muito gentil.

Likes - Fantastic Location- walking Distance to most of the main attractions. Staff at the hotel were welcoming! Good size rooms & bathroom. I was very pleased there was a bath in the room - after a full day walking this was perfect. Breakfast was ok, there was something for Everyone. Dislikes - nothing major - a little mould in the bathroom. Suggestion for the TV to be connected to the internet so you can stream channels.

Rome stay

We got a lovely triple room, plenty big enough, with bath with shower over, toiletries etc. Towels were replaced daily, room was clean and modern, nice wardrobe area with fridge, safe and plenty of hangers. Only slight downside was reception closes at 5, and if you arrive after that you have to collect key from a hotel 5 mins away, but we were still walked to the hotel by a staff member there. and showed into our room.
