The photos look nothing like the actual room. Everything is 20+ years old and is moldy, rusty or doesn’t work properly. The floor was super sticky I had to buy slippers to wear my entire stay. The a/c didn’t work properly and would make loud noises randomly.

Agréable séjour. Hotel bien passé et calme. 10 mn à pied du Vatican. Les chambres étaient propres, le ménage était fait tous les jours. Petits déjeuners copieux. Personnel agréable. On reviendra

We liked the location, walking distance to the Vatican and not too far for other attractions, The pick-up transfer from the airport was very confusing, both to book and to find once at the airport. It was September but still very hot out, especially since we were walking every where. The a/c in the room was cool but barely- we do wish we could have made it colder. Breakfast was nice but I don't think it was worth the price. I would not pay for it again. The patio area is very cute and peaceful. We were supposed to get complimentary water every day: I asked for it after a day of a lot of walking and he said no, assuming it was in our room. It wasn't. Looking back I think even if there was water waiting in our room, it would have been nice to get some water when we needed it the most. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator is not air conditioned.

It was just okay, like nothing really stood out as good and the breakfast was not as filled as pictured, also the little espresso coffee maker was small and the water jug is like a 2 liter that you get from the store for everyone to share. I feel like the pricing should be lower for the quality tbh, stayed at other hotels with similar pricing that were just cleaner and nicer overall, it is a best western though so there’s that, also the disco ball was cool.

First time in Roma and I was very happy with the room, staff, and service. The location is also good. I forgot a ring and Stefano replied immediately when I texted via WhatsApp. I was able to recover it because a friend went to pick it up. Stefano was very kind and helpful. Thank you, I will return again.

Well situated. A short walk to St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican museums. Loved the quirky room, drums as end tables and disco ball in the bathroom. King-sized bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and attentive from check-in to checkout. Breakfast, which was included, was an excellent way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Rome again.
