Didn't use the amenities so I can't comment to that. There was an elevator we were grateful for. The hotel was clean. It was a little hard to find, as the front of the building has a different name, but luckily an employee was outside when we walked by. From the termini to this hotel is about a 7 minute walk which is not bad, although the area getting to the hotel is a little rough looking but we were fine, no issues there. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the area is walkable to stores and pharmacies. Would stay here again. I did appreciate them providing new towels everyday and cleaning up the room daily.

We loved the hotel!! Very centric around everything most conveniently 4 minutes walk to Termini. Franchesco the receptionist guys was very kind and welcoming 🙏 Grazie mile 🙏. We highly recommend this place. All the people overall was very nice and friendly.

The hotel front desk staff was incredible. The hotel was in a great location, very close to the train station and walking distance to the colosseum. The room was a little small but it is Rome so that's to be expected. As a family it was very nice to have 3 beds.

Hôtel en de transit seulement. Air climatisé très léger et coule dans la chambre. Une personne d'entretien devait venir et jamais arrivé. On nous offre le déjeuner en compensation. Arrivé au déjeuner c'est des croissants mis sur une table avec plein de mouches autour, aucun semblant de service.

Værelset var rent dog utætte vinduer men personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme med fx. at bestille taxi. Hotellets beliggenhed er kun på gåafstand til alle seværdighederne samt lige ved siden af Termini, bus/metro station. Kan anbefales hvis man kun skal nøjes med at overnatte.

The room was ok, as it looks in the pictures with good air conditioning. The main problems was that there wasn’t hot water to shower. We talked to the staff about it but they didn’t do anything. The hotel building is old which is ok but the elevator was awful, the walls were all written and made very loud noises.

My son changed his mind and wanted to come to Rome with us at the last minute so we booked him into this hotel as we couldn't get him added to our room at another hotel. On arrival, we could not actually work out how to get in! There was no-one to talk to so I popped into the hotel next door who apparently give the keys out for Hotel Giada. There was absolutely no communication prior to our visit and we were clueless on how to find or enter the building. Once the man at the desk in the ajoining hotel explained we were given a key with an enormous metal keyring which resemble a door knob! The lift up is tiny! The room was very, very basic and very hostel like in quality. It could definitely do with a make-over and did not appear overly clean and the decor cheap and flimsy. I would certainly not book this again and I can't say it was fantastic for the money either. It was only a little cheaper than ours round the corner and that was an amazing hotel. Fortunately, my son is pretty relaxed about these things and it did not phase him too much and for our purposes it was a room and he spent only a few hours sleeping in it as he came to our hotel most of the time.

Très bien localisé près de la gare de Termini. Par contre l'entrée de l'hôtel Giada porte le nom hôtel Altavilla qui porte une confusion totale ! Au niveau de la chambre les rideaux ont besoin d'être réparés.

Tuvimos un poco de pérdida porque la entrada al hotel es compartida, hay como cuatro hoteles en el mismo edificio, sin embargo, al ingresar nos pidieron nuestros documentos, pagamos el impuesto, y nos asignaron la habitación. Un poco pequeña para tres personas, pero fue acogedora, silenciosa, ordenada y limpia.
