Way too expensive and not close enough to Rome termini (that’s the only reason someone would stay here). Door for the room didn’t lock, bathroom didn’t close, damage throughout the room. Should have been a $59 stay and it would have been an average deal.

Una estancia correcta en Roma. Lo mejor fue la limpieza de la habitación y la amabilidad de la recepción (algo tímidos, pero nos ayudaron mucho guardando el equipaje gratis por horas). La zona no es la más "agraciada" de la ciudad, pero es segura y está a 13 min de la estación. Ojo: prepárense para subir escaleras muy inclinadas porque no hay ascensor. Con el agregado del personal y el equipaje, yo me inclinaría por una puntuación de 4 estrellas, ya que la limpieza y el servicio suelen pesar más que la falta de ascensor en edificios antiguos de Roma.

Staff is super helpful, beds are comfortable, A/C and blackout blinds for the Roman summer, daily cleaning and fresh towels. My only issue was that the bathroom is small so everything gets wet easily.

I have stayed in this property before and I will again. The staff at go above and beyond - they are extremely kind and accommodating. It’s close to the main station and metro station, and easily walkable to main attractions. Breakfast included a large array of options. You can leave your luggage before or after check-in. It’s a great hotel for budget travelers! Highly recommend!

J’y ai séjourné 3 nuits. Chambre assez petite mais qui est correcte (je trouve le prix un peu élevé quand même), état correct seul bémol c’est très très mal insonorisé on entend même les voisins parler, la porte d’entrée quand elle claque ainsi que le train quand il passe. Assez embêtant lorsque qu’on cherche à ce reposer. Personnel adorable et qui parle anglais. Hôtel situé à 15min de marche de la gare de Termini, mais un peu éloignés des monuments.

Has potential

I feel like they really tried with what they had. The sheets were thin and rough, My suggestions to make this a better hotel would be to invest in quality bedding. Maybe add a soap dish, a chair (so one doesn’t have to sit on the bed), and a few hooks to hang the towels on. The hotel staff was wonderful, very helpful and nice. There’s not much that can be done as far as location. I feel they took the best security measures they could for it being in a relatively sketchy area.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was super friendly and the environment of the place was amazing. The rooms looked super nice as it had AC as well. Which is essential in Rome… Staff spoke amazing English, answered all of our questions, and the hotel itself is located in such a convenient spot. There’s a supermarket, laundromat, popular place to get gelato, restaurants, a plaza, and a basilica all in walkable distance…. Breakfast was the usual meal in Europe. Ham, cheese, eggs, bread, coffee, some dessert too…. They let us microwave some things if we thought it was a bit cold too…. such a lovely staff and experience in this hotel. The only negative side of this is the location. This hotel is in the “old side” of Rome and the surroundings are not very eye catching. It can look a bit sketchy by the graffiti AROUND the hotel (no graffiti in hotel property) but i would still consider staying here in the future. There is still a lot of tourists around this area and it is generally safe to walk during daylight just be mindful.

Clean, budget friendly, located close to transit, multiple food options very close by. It is beside a street car line so if you room faced the street train noise is present. Walking straight down from Termini station is very easy and then going down Manzoni to get to the metro to see Rome is very convenient.
