Cosy hotel, convenient location and just next to St Joseph Minor Basilica, walking distance to Vatican as well as the Metro - Ottaviano San Pietro station. Hotel's housekeeping staff friendly and kept the room clean daily, restaurant staff friendly and helpful a cosy family atmosphere. Food delicious. Front office friendly and helpful too. Our room was small but very clean and had a comfortable bed. The reception desk staff were very helpful. They recommended a restaurant we enjoyed very much and arranged a private taxi for us the day we needed to be at the airport. The breakfast was include in the room cost and was very good!

Highly recommend to stay in this hotel for a blessed pilgrimage, daily morning mass next door Church of Saint Joseph 'al Trionfale', have buffet breakfast included in hotel to start each day pilgrimage, walkable to Vatican City, and finished each day with dinner included in hotel. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and in English.

Perfect breakfast with wide selection of cheese. The room and the facilities are very clean. I rated 4 stars because the receptionist (the older man) was very rude and does not help at all and not knowledgeable of tourist areas. It was great staying in this hotel, the staff were very nice. I messaged Marco from California regarding our ride to the hotel from the airport and he responded right away. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and celebrated mom’s 80th birthday and they left her a gift. It was just awesome!
