Older hotel in a great location. The hotel is clean, but I would probably rate it more as a 3-3.5 star. Loved the campo Di Fiori area, and very easy to walk to almost every location. Its a 2-3 min walk to tbe piazza in campo di Fiori which we loved, there was a daily farmers market and so many restaurants to choose from. Piazza Navona and Trastevere were also very convenient to us and we always seemed to make our way back to those beautiful areas. We also used bus and taxi and the staff always helped to hire a taxi for us when needed. Complimentary breakfast was very good and had a variety of choices which really saved us time and money in the mornings. On our last day, we had a very early flight and the staff still made espresso for us and had a taxi ready to take us. Even sent us off with some Water bottles as well. We stayed 5 nights here and we would highly recommend based on the location and attentiveness of staff.

A fairly small hotel near Palazzo Farnese and Via Giulia, a quiet and less traveled area. The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the nicest staff. I recommend a restaurant nearby: Giulia on Via Giulia. Simpatico.

When we arrived within a half hour of breakfast ending, there was hardly anything left; room has paper-thin walls, had to call down to reception because the neighbors having a long drawn out fight - but the staff did quiet them down. Street noise is VERY loud - a bar nearby, but the sounds of it (but it didn't seem that close). Noisy until at least midnight and then morning noise (breakfast set up; staff; neighbors showing as if they are in our room).
