The staff was amazing, they provided many suggestions on what areas to visit and even gave directions on how to get to and from each place. We felt very welcome here and the staff greeted us every time we returned to the hotel. Staff even took the time to ask about our day and to see if there was anything they could improve on. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Clean and updated, in a great location. I've traveled a lot across most continents and dozens of countries, and Hotel Santa Prassede has perhaps the most outstanding, friendly, helpful, welcoming (and multi-lingual) staff I've ever seen! Stay here in Rome!

This hotel is ideally situated just an 8-minute walk from Termini train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Cristina at reception provided a warm welcome and shared excellent tips for local sightseeing and dining. The room was cosy, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Excellent stay – highly recommended We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Prassede. The location is fantastic, with easy access to almost everywhere in the city centre, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the attention to detail: plenty of amenities were already provided, including shampoo, soap, earplugs, an eye mask, and even a razor. The bathroom was immaculate, with very clean and new toilet seats. A lovely bonus was the free snacks, cakes, and coffee available 24/7, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Last but not least, the hosts were truly amazing and very hospitable. Kristina, in particular, was an absolute gem—kind, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about Rome and its history. She gave us excellent advice that helped us make the most of our days in the city. We would definitely stay here again if travelling to Rome and highly recommend it to others.
