The staff was so great from start to finish during our stay. They went out of their way to make things easier on us with our toddler and stroller. The rooms were clean and noise levels low. It was also a great central location to any notable landmark. Would recommend!!

Good location, but poor amenities and inconvenient. The staff was very nice and the property was very clean. The hotel is in walking distance to all main attractions around Rome. With that said, the air conditioning never reached the temperature we set, the water pressure was terrible half of the time, the lights were all controlled by an annoying app, the room smelled weird because of their scent system, the TV was only able to be used with an Xbox that didn’t always connect to the internet, the bed was not comfortable, the room was bright at night even with the shutters closed, and the window did not help with the loud street traffic at all.

Location to historic area was the reason we booked here. Staffing was limited to 8 am to 20 pm and we’re generally helpful. However the technology of the systems was unnecessarily cumbersome. To turn lights off & on took a phone remote. On the first morning I swiped wrong and disengaged the entire remote. No one is on staff until 8 AM so we had to stumble around in the dark until we woke up enough to remember an alternate light switch. Shower was beautiful but the overhead sprayer dripped cold water on you even when it was shut off. Just nuisances like these detract from the experience.

BEAUTIFUL ROOM! We stayed in the Junior Suite Dora and I'm so happy I chose it. We could adjust the lighting (named after different planets), use the hot tub and air con with a push of a button on a mobile phone. The staff were so kind and helpful. It was just over a 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and there's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. If you're using the bus to travel around, there's a stop around a 5 minute walk away. I'd highly recommend

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is amazing ! Right in the center of everything in Rome, making it very convenient to walk around and explore the city. The room was very nice, clean, and quiet, which made it especially great for a couple looking to relax and unwind. We also really enjoyed all the lights and mirrors throughout the room, it gave the space a beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The only major downside was the shower. Unfortunately, the water pressure was extremely low, to the point where it was difficult to properly take a shower, and the water would stop running at times. This was definitely disappointing, especially considering how nice the rest of the room was. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. The location, cleanliness, and atmosphere were great, and fixing the shower and water pressure would make the experience even better.

Perfect location. Great staff. Bed was comfy. Nice to operate everything on one device. Only thing, unless you leave the window open, the bathroom had an odd smell that lingered through the night. Would def recommend to people looking to see all the big touristy places within walking distance.

Great location, friendly staff, good coffee, clean and modern room and bathroom. The bed was a bit too firm for me and enjoy a firm mattress. The lighting set up in the room is pretty cool and fun to play with, but if you are not tech savvy you may struggle with it. Overall Trecento was a great choice for us!

The room was ready before we even checked in, which was fantastic since we had a long flight. The room was spotless and smelled wonderful.
