Quando ho prenotato questo hotel, o meglio affittacamere, in alta stagione per Roma in pieno giubileo con la maggior parte degli hotel economici sold out, non potevo pretendere di trovare una struttura accogliente. Mi sarei però aspettato qualcosa di meglio per 90 euro a notte. Uniche cose positive a mio parere la camera molto silenziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile e la camera viene regolarmente rifatta. Per il resto deludente anche se si va solo per dormire.

Great service at the front desk by the night lady and the day man. The hotel should update the check out time since on line it says 11am but the maid said I had to leave by 10:30am

Very dated and situated in an extremely dirty and sketchy area. Real attitude with the lady that checked us in - taking more money than required for tax and no effort to get the extra cash back to me - I had to chase this with the owner.

Very difficult to find the entrance to property. Had to phone owner Claudio to meet us outside and was the directed to a lift to get up to 4th floor Very dated n old place We requested for early checkin 9am which Claudio agreed n advised us it will be done but when we got there abt 10am he was really rude and said we are too early to check in. We had only cold water for shower on 1st night and cold sink but on 2nd night only warm water in shower n cold sink The 2 mornings we had ONLY cold water in shower n sink. Requested missing light bulb on bedside but did not get any on our 2 nights stay Cant get to reception as door is always locked n got a feeling thst Claudio is avoiding us after having spoken to his staff In the bathroom theres ONLY 2 bathtowels n 1 bath mat n it would be nice to have cups and shampoo too. When you are on the right side of building you cant get to the left side...where reception is....unless it is manned and to see our friend on that side we have to get them to open the door to get thru. If not for its close proximity to train station i would advise to avoid the overpriced property!

Place can do a little renovation as some things are in need of repair. Light switches with electrical tapes, cracks on mirrors, doorknobs fails to open and squeaks. General condition of the building is old and seems to be the same with the city’s atmosphere. Do not expect facility to be the same with western hotels, you are getting what you paid for, might be lesser but the location is perfect as it is walking distance to the termini to go to different destination in Rome. First issue we encountered was looking for the Reception area as it is not infront of the building. You have to go straight skipping the first elevator then go left by the end of the hallway. There is another elevator that you can use and reception should be on the 4th Floor. Tip: Press the buzzer if no one is around as the reception desk is often lock during our stay. Stuff was nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, our stay was average, choose it for its convenient location and the price but think twice if you want modern or better facility.

Mold in shower, toilet seat not tight, bathroom sink tap leaks, dirt on bed lamp fixture, had to ask for towels and soap. Will do OK for short stay, at train station is convenient. Get what you pay for.
