Excellent location, close to Termini Station. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and within walking distance of many of Rome's attractions. The room was small, but had the bonus of a balcony we could step out on to and enjoy a coffee. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

I loved the Windrose Hotel and would definitely recommend it. I stayed in a single room with a terrace which was a great choice as the weather was particularly nice during my stay. It was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, albeit on the firm side. The welcome from the moment I stepped into the hotel was wonderful and all the staff were lovely. The breakfast was also great with loads of choice. It's also in a great location near to the station and with loads of good restaurants nearby.

In a great location for access to bus and metro. Lots of restaurants around including mini-marts for snacks. The only complaint would be the temperature in the room was warmer than we like; we haad to keep asking the staff to lower the temp but it didnt seem to do anything. The noise from the street outside our window wasn't that great either.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance 9a long walk) of Rome Termini, but wound up taking a cab to get to it. We were quite happy with our stay, though the room was small. We particularly recommend the restaurant across the street and to the right (unfortunately I don't remember its name). It had delicious food, including gluten-free pasta and regular (i.e, with gluten) desserts. The hotel staff arranged a taxi to take us to Fiumicino airport, a trip of a little less than an hour.

We were really happy with this hotel! It was less than ten mins to reach the hotel from Termini Station, and the location is great as it seemed much more quiet than the touristy areas of the city. The hotel staff that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. It was a quick and easy arrival. Our room was great! We had booked a room with two beds and a balcony, which was really large and overlooked the city below (we were on the 5th floor). The room was modern, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was fine, in a nice dining room and attentive staff. Perfect location to explore Rome on foot. The hop-on-hop-off buses and city buses were just around the corner. We would definitely stay at Hotel Windrose again, the next time we visit Rome!
