Zeer centraal gelegen hotel. Op een ietwat mager ontbijt (wel typisch Italiaans) na een prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Hygiëne was dik in orde. Iets verouderde kamer.

Bo ALDRIG här!

Jag trodde att jag bokat ett vanligt enkelrum. I rummets beskrivning utlovas jag ett badrum, ett kylskåp m.m Väl framme märker jag att hotelets standard inte alls stämmer överens om vad jag blivit utlovad. Receptionen är sliten. Jag trängs in i en hiss som inte heller går ända vägen upp till mitt rum utan får släpa upp min väska för halvslitna trappsteg. Inte deg ultimaga med mig som har en skadad fot. Rummet är ett skämt! Duschen är en platta du står på bredvid toaletten och du avskiljer den från toan med ett draperi. Sängen är jätteliten, så även rummet. Inget kylskåp finns och rummet är allmänt skabbigt och slitet. Att hotellet har 3 strjärnor är ett skämt! Det borde inte ens få ha 1 stjärna och hotels.com borde säga upp avtalet direkt. Hur löste jag då detta? Jag bokade ett nytt hotell via en annan hotelapp. Mycket bättre. Checkade ut dagen efter incheckning. Då hade jag kontaktat hotels.com som pratatmed hotellet och de ville då ge mig ett annat rum. Summa sumarum, bo ALDRIG HÄR!

Gustarme la ubicación ,lo que no me gusto la cama súper incomoda mucho ruido en la calle ,todo súper antiguo y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba cancelada la reserva de hecho porque avisé al hotel en principio era el Zara y si no escribo me hubiera presentado allí y al final me mandaron al erdarelli

Will not stay again!

I would not stay here ever again! The room was filled with mosquitos. The AC was leaking causing huge puddles on the floor, in turn wetting my shoes. When I told reception they did nothing about it. There was a huge storm one of the nights and when I got back to the room the power was out. There was water leaking through the walls near the power box right outside my room which was very dangerous. The staff do not speak English and were not helpful.

Los hombres de recepción fueron todos muy agradables con nosotros. Enseguida atendieron las necesidades que nos surgieron y nos dejaron guardar las maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out. La habitación era muy modesta. Le faltaba algo de luz. El aire funcionaba bien. El aseo es muy mejorable. Pequeño, ruidoso y con una ducha incómoda. La localización muy buena, en 10 min estabas en la zona turística y muy cerca de una parada de metro.
