The apartment, recently renovated, is a true gem, located in the heart of Rome, in the Rione Monti district, just a few steps from the Colosseum, in a perfect position to explore the main attractions of the historic center on foot.
The area is extremely well-served by public transport, allowing for convenient travel throughout the city, as well as by shops and services. The apartment, equipped with all the necessary comforts, is designed to offer a stay focused on convenience and practicality.
The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building on the fourth floor, conveniently served by an elevator. The accommodation features a spacious and welcoming living area, consisting of a bright living room with a single sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table.
The bedroom, spacious and modern, is very bright thanks to its particularly sunny exposure. The bathroom, complete and well-appointed, offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.
Completing the apartment is a delightful small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in total tranquility, in a true relaxation corner.

This place was fanatastic. It was much bigger than we expected. The entrance was is a bit deceiving as it wasn’t very nice but the room was great. The balcony pictures were not really accurate as all the plants were actually dead. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom does not have any vanity space to put your stuff. There is one thin ledge on the side of the sink and thats about it. Overall it was a great place. No papertowel or napkins and not enough toulet paper so you need to buy some. Great location. We could walk to everything we needed.
