Def a great place

Close to everything like 1,4 km from Colosseum. Easy access to restaurants. Most amazing restaurant as a neighbour with such an amazing staff. Staff from B&B text you a bit much.

Good area! Host was always available. Great for a couple of nights. Bathroom needs an actual clean not just counter, toilet. There's a thick layer of dirt on surfaces that shows it hasn't been cleaned in a while, along with black mold in spots. Bathroom is definitely due for an upgrade, it's falling apart. These things however wouldn't deter me from going back. Great area, great host. Easy access.

Worse experience ever.

It was our worse experience, when we booked this place it was not clearly mentioned, what will be excluded and included, breakfast was just cup of tea, I think we just got ripped off.

The lady that cleaned was very nice and tried to help. The bathroom was always wet and slippery, because the shower was slow to drain and therefore overflowed.

Good basic rooms not too far from Termini.

The room was OK. The bathroom was clean modern with lots of hot water. I was not a great fan of their electronic check-in, but maybe I’m behind the times. I and another guest had trouble opening the door with the key. I never saw the owners, but they were very quick to respond to any problem on WhatsApp.

Not what I booked

I booked a double room in this b&b but was taken to another b&b round the corner and given a twin room. The shared shower room was tiny and shower tray leaked all over the floor. The room was very noisy from the corridor and from traffic outside. I wish I payed a bit more for something far better

There are no words to describe this place and I was just reading the reviews some are good some are not good yet the owner of the place was responding defensively instead of assuring guests that moving forward they will make it better…Out of 5 stars , it’s a negative 5 through and through especially with the amount of money charged….and to the people who operates this place don’t respond no need .And to Expedia it amazes me how are you vetting this place…

Pulizia camera e bagno sufficienti. Unica nota veramente positiva l'assistenza da remoto tramite numero d'emergenza, comunicazioni tempestive e puntuali, anche attraverso whattsapp, valutazione eccellente!

First able the room was not ready. The building seem that was being remodeled so that could be the reason for not being ready. The maintenance person was nice and gave me the keys since I never received a code until I got there. It is very small and it look like someone got in when we were not there. Nothing was missing but I did not feel all right. The worst was the smell .. we opened windows but the smell was there. The room was clean and remodeled. The area was ok close to the colosseum about 23 minutes walking.. metro close by

everything is great!
