Had an amazing 3 night stay with my mum. Room was clean and comfortable, having the terrace was lovely to sit out after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. When you check in you use the buzzer at the entrance to the right of the top of the Spanish Steps. But once checked in you get a key to an entrance at the bottom of the steps as well, very handy depending on where you have been for the day. Look forward to visiting again!

We stayed at this B&B for just one night, and unfortunately, the experience was fairly average. The room was very small, which was not what I expected, and the AC did not keep the room cool. Early check-in was not available, although I did appreciate that we were able to store our luggage at the property until our room was ready. After a 15+ hour flight, however, having to wait another four hours before we could check in was very frustrating. After such a long journey, all you really want to do is relax, shower, and freshen up. The staff were nice and friendly, which was definitely a positive. That said, there was nothing particularly outstanding about the property or the overall stay. For us, one night was enough.
