Excellent!

5 star ⭐️ plus! Beautiful apartment in a great location with bakeries, market, cafes and restaurants just outside door. Convenient to walk to so many places in Rome. Very bright and well equipped for all your needs. Great little kitchen that even inspired us to cook in a few nights. Super comfortable bed and very quiet. So peaceful inside Anna was more than helpful with check in and requests. Would highly recommend this apartment !!!

Unschöner Ton

Der Beginn unseres Aufenthalts war sehr angenehm. Doch kaum gab es Probleme bei der Unterkunft, wurde der Ton deutlich anders. Der Abfluss funktionierte schon zu beginn des Urlaubs nicht richtig. Als er dann nach 2 Tagen völlig verstopft war, gab man uns die Schuld daran und machte unschöne Unterstellungen. Man kümmerte sich zwar direkt um das Problem, jedoch wurden wir aufgefordert die Toilette aufgrund einer neuen Silikonfuge am besten nicht zu benutzen, was mit Kindern fast unmöglich ist. Man hatte sich zudem darüber geärgert, dass die Beseitigung der Verstopfung 3 Stunden gedauert haben soll. Jedoch waren wir zu dem Zeitpunkt in der Unterkunft und konnten somit bezeugen, dass die Handwerker nichtmal 1,5 Stunden vor Ort waren. Wir haben kurz darauf die Unterkunft verlassen und die Putzkraft sollte wohl den Boden im betroffenen Bereich reinigen. Dies wurde jedoch mangelhaft ausgeführt, da der gesamte Boden bei Wiederankunft klebte.
