The location of La Maison Jolie was perfect as were were flying out of Fiumicino. We were able to check in and rest in air conditioned comfort before heading out to a local restaurant. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Comfortable lodging near the airport

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was generously sized, clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant’s restaurant recommendation was spot on, as were his directions to nearby stores. We really enjoyed our short stay. Be aware that this is a bedroom community without many attractions but it is very close to the airport and the shuttle service is economical and convenient.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and the room was fine for the night. We chose it because it was close to the airport but there's nothing much else around. We were able to walk to the Black Sheep restaurant, which was great but after that you need a taxi to go anywhere. There's one mall in the area but you still need a taxi ride there.

Everything was great, was there for one night to wait for our flight, they offer airport shuttle. Unfortunately our shower was very old and the wifi didn’t work. But I guess we just had bad luck because the place look great and Alex was great as well.

Great place overall. Clean, comfortable beds. Check was a little stressful because we arrived after midnight and no reception, I was exhausted and not sure what to do or where to go, or if I was in the right place… but I called and someone helped step by step get in the gate and to the room. The gentleman at the reception in the morning was so friendly, and so helpful!

Our stay overall was very good. The room could use the help of a person who knows about decor. The amenities were good but the decor was poor. Good hot water. Television, Fridge, Table. Clean room, but not cheerful. Toilet seat was in need of repair. Curtain on shower should be removed and replaced with a door to prevent water from coming out.

Clean, simple, safe. Kitchen wasn't very equipped but we were only there one night so didn't matter. I was given the contact of the cab driver to the Fiumicino airport. I was under the impression it was a private taxi. After he picked me up we still had to pick up someone else. In addition, each family paid $25 and a single man paid $20 which is ridiculously expensive.

Communication was very good, and convenient to the airport….but property needs a major renovation, and an introduction to bleach. We had four rooms, all four bathrooms had mold in it. One room had a roach, the shower handle pipe fell out, the toilet seats don’t cover the toilet rim, and they slide when you sit. Two of the rooms had mosquitoes in them when we arrived, and the one room, had an issue with the toilet flush, it wouldn’t stop. Lastly another room had a toilet that had poop marks in it. Not cleaned well in general. Disappointed to say the least.

We had to check in online due to schedule issues, so we didn’t see the staff until the next morning. However, they gave us detailed instructions on how to get the room key and there weren’t any problems. Room was very clean and spacious. Great proximity to the airport and there was a shuttle service. It’s not in a touristy area but it’s perfect for catching a flight at Fiumicino. The gentleman working the desk when we checked out was very friendly, polite and professional.
