Staff really helpful and friendly, and breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is quite dated but the room was comfortable and clean and was a good base to explore Rome for the price we paid. The area around the hotel looks a bit run down but it feels safe and really comes alive in the evening with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Expedia says check in is 12pm, its actually 2pm. We stayed in a 4 bed room and again Expedia said there was a fridge in the room which was incorrect - no fridge. The advertised air con in rooms is centrally controlled by the hotel, and we found it to be very inadequate in August and the reason we have given the hotel a 3 star rating.

yemekler normaldi daha iyi olabilirdi. Görevlilerin hepsi genel olarak kibardı bir görevli hariç. Konuşma tarzı ve müşterilere karşı olan tutumu beni rahatsız etti. Ben ve misafirlerimr kaba davrandı. Ayrıca otel bilgisinde istediğim saatte girebileceğim yazmasına rağmen gece 12 gibi otele geldiğimde 5dk kapıda bekletildim. Çünkü görevli uyuyordu.

We have stayed in this area before 20 plus years ago, still excellent for dinning options. There must be 10 options (some right outside the hotel) and all extremely close. The breakfast as the hotel was beyond expectations as well. The room was basic but clean, and lots of fresh towels. Wifi was fast. Would stay here again

Be aware from this hotel

Our family stayed at this hotel from July 20 to July 22. On the morning of July 22, while we were at breakfast for just 30 minutes, someone with access to our room entered and stole cash and jewelry from my purse. We immediately reported the incident to the local police. Shockingly, the hotel has no security cameras in the hallways or near guest rooms. We believe this may be an organized operation targeting tourists. What’s worse—the hotel staff and management have been uncooperative, raising serious concerns about their involvement. Please be warned: DO NOT stay at this hotel. Your safety and belongings are not protected here

Great value for the stay

The staff is increible, they take the time to help, explain and give tips on places to go, transportation and where to eat. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Well located to find public transportation and move around the city.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed there overnight when we first arrived in Rome and then again for 2 nights later in our trip. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and appreciated. We loved the atmosphere as well, of staying in such an historic building. Thank you.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is very clean and has beautiful arch brick details in the dining area. Breakfast was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room has air conditioning and they leave a travel toothbrush and toothpaste along with shower gels and soap. But the beds are very firm. And we only got one pillow each so hard to prop up and read or watch tv.

Nossa experiência foi Muito ruim, o hotel fica localizado perto a universidades e à noite os bares da região ficam lotados e o barulho dentro do quarto é de tirar o sono! O box não cabia uma pessoa dentro, como viajei com 3 idosos a acomodação não atende a critérios de segurança! Avisei o manutenção do problema com o box mas nada foi feito!

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, mit Fenster in ein Lichtschacht erhalten. Sehr dunkles Zimmer. Kein richtiges Tageslicht.Die Bar war immer geschlossen. Es gibt aber gute Restaurants in der Nähe. 20 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Termini
