Florence trip
Place is beautiful service fantastic and perfect location. Anything negative was couldn’t get AC to work and it was rainy and humid out. So we had to open windows witch did have screens and got bit by mosquitoes while sleeping at night.

Great stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly, and breakfast delivered to room each morning was a treat. First day we ate lunch at restaurant literally five steps from the front door and it was excellent. Location can't be beat, easy walk to everything. Highly recommended.

This was a neat place to stay, but I was led to believe it was a hotel, not a type of Air B&B. Staff was very kind and bed was extremely comfortable with the exception of a good blanket. Overall nice place to stay

The room and the balcony were very nice! Having breakfast delivered to our room daily was a lovely touch. The staff were so kind and helpful! The only negative would be the building itself. It is a private condo building with no lobby like a regular hotel. It is difficult to find the door as there is no sign. Also, the property is on the fourth floor up concrete stairs and a very small old-fashioned elevator. Overall, the location is great and the little touches made this a pleasurable stay!

The best part about this hotel is definitely the staff & location. Easy walk to the Trevi, Pantheon, restaurants, etc. The staff was incredibly helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good and delivered perfectly on time per our request. The hotel is located 4 flights up with a small alley access door. The elevator is a little scary. It’s tiny and barely fit two of us. The room was fine, but the purple throw blanket on the bed was dirty.

Regarding your concern, we are located in the historical parts of the city, and as you can see almost the buildings are too old, which one of the best asset of Rome, and we can't do anything for that. About the blanket, you stayed for 3 nights, every morning there was someone there and you didn't tell anything and maybe we were fixed that. One thing ,our guest always appreciated the cleanliness of our facility and maybe in the future if there will be something to bother you, you can just tell it. We loved our suite with it's fantastic rooftop view of Rome. The daily breakfast was delicious and perfect for starting each day. All of the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful including assisting with arranging our car services. The location is in the middle of exactly where you want to be in Rome in terms of food and attractions.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was taken care of and considered starting even before our trip started. They booked an airport transfer for us, which picked is up right past baggage claim. The driver even texted me to let me know he was there. Check in was a breeze. Our room was not ready when we checked in, but they let us freshen up in a bathroom, offered us drinks, and let us keep our luggage near the front desk. Once our room was ready, they put it in our room for us. The room was spotless and so nice! Breakfast was so good and convenient. We loved eating it on our balcony. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone who stays in Rome. It is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. It is also located in such a cute area with lots of good restaurants and shops all around.

A comfortable, secret hideaway in the Centro Storico, steps from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navonna. Modern, ample rooms (great bathroom) and simple amenities that make the stay relaxing. The tasteful opera-themed scheme put me in the Madama Butterfly room. A nice view, a complementary half- bottle of wine, and climate controls at your fingertips. The reception ladies are friendly and professional.

The most spacious and comfortable room I’ve ever had in rome. The location is excellent, the beds and pillows a dream (this is rare in Italy) and the shower is superb (strange I know but it’s a large shower head and perfect to cool off after a hot day in rome walking). Breakfast was served each day in your room and there is an elevator to take you to the fourth floor. The air con is perfect too. Would stay again for sure.

The best accomodation I’ve ever stayed at in rome. The beds and pillows so comfty. The room spacious. Location and breakfast in our room excellent. The shower in the bathroom was also amazing (especially after a hot day roaming rome). Would totally stay again. The staff were excellent. There was also a lift to take your luggage to level 4 and air con was perfect.

Hidden gem steps away from Piazza Navona
Le Suite del Barone is situated on 4th floor of an old building, steps away from Piazza Navona. It is on quiet street. Everything is close- Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Vatican city, Castelo Sant Angelo, Piazza Venezia. The suite is spacious. Clean. The bed is very comfortable. What I like most is breakfast in the room. You can choose from different options and also can choose at what time you want your breakfast. The staff is friendly and very kind and feeling is like home. Guests have privacy. Love this place! Highly recommend!

We liked the central location; it was close to attractions like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and St. Peter's. The surrounding alleyways had many dining options, interesting shops and lots of people energy. The keypad entry was very easy and staff were helpful and friendly. After daily excursions on foot the stairs to the room were tiring, however we realized later there was an elevator. We ended up not using it because it felt a little small to us.

Great stay! It was comfortable and breakfast did not disappoint. We stayed there on a Friday night and there were festivities in the street below until late, but our room was quiet as promised. The a/c was locked and the room was a little to warm for us.
