The facilities could use some updating. For example the toilet in the unit isn't flushing properly, some lights out of commission and the lack of shelves besides the bed just to name a few. The location is prime but the facilities could definitely use some upgrades or just general maintenance.

The hostel itself is very close to the train and metro station; yet the room is a bit small and there are not enough charging plugs for everyone. I found some little bugs in the bathroom (probably because there are no window in it), the rest of the room seems clean though. Basic breakfasts included.

チェックインは建物の２階で部屋は４階。エレベーターがとても狭いので大きな荷物を持っている人は入らない可能性あり。（間口幅５０cmほど） チェックイン時に対応してくれた女性は英語が話せず、私もイタリア語が話せないので、お互いすべてジェスチャーでコミュニケーションをとりました。 建物入り口、フロアと部屋の鍵を貰い、チェックアウト時は部屋に鍵を置いて勝手に出て行くシステム。チェックイン時に朝食券をくれるので近くのカフェで簡単な朝食が食べられます。 口コミにチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれる。とあったので期待していましたが言葉が通じないのとチェックイン後はホテルの人と誰とも合わなかったので、できなかった。 部屋はコンパクトで使いやすく値段同等だと思います。 テルミニ駅から徒歩３分ほどなので便利な立地です。コロッセオも徒歩圏ないです。

El hospedaje fue bueno. Los baños y la habitación muy limpios. La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación Termini y de los sitios de interés para visitar.

Nice place for these money

I liked that there is always free tea or coffee. You can cook, so you can save some money. Near to the Termini station. Room was a little bit small for six beds and not enough sun light in a room. But I liked private bathroom.

도미토리 4인실. 화장실, 침대, 이불등은 깨끗하였습니다. 방이 크기에 공간은 매우 넓었고 24일치 캐리어가 충분히 들어갈만큼의 크기의 사물함이 있습니다. 그러나 침대가 약간 위태하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식은 간단하게 나오며 직원분 계속 지켜보며 치우고 채워넣어주기 때문에 좋았습니다. 테르미니 근처이지만 비교적 안전한 거리였기에 만족스러웠습니다.

친절한 스태프들.. 근데 그게 끝

스태프들 친절하고 좋지만.. 침대가 너무 불편하고 위생 상태가 그리 좋지 않아요. 이층 침대였는데 한명이 움직이면 침대 전체가 흔들려서 잠도 제대로 못잤네요. 그리고 이층이면 침대 옆 협탁 이런 것도 없어서 뭐 둘 데도 없어요. 린넨은 깨끗했지만 이불에선 냄새가 났구요, 화장실도 밑에 발수건? 엄청 지저분하더라구요 빨긴 빠는건지.. 린넨도 매일 바꿔주지 않아서 4일 내내 썼어요. 화장실 뜨거운 물은 나오는데 수압이 너무 약해서 머리 감는데 엄청 애먹었어요.

Best Hostel I've ever been in Europe

Just like a hotel, it has a 24 hr reception, where you start knowing the Hostel's staff, very nice peopel, you can just love them! The building is confortable and elegant. There are 2 or 3 apartments. The rooms are big and nice, with lockers, desks, chairs, etc., etc., and of course the beds. The bathrooms are inside the rooms, this is so confortable. In my room there was a windows door to a balcony with table and chairs facing the hostel's garden. They serve breakfast everyday. There are 2 kind of coffee, traditional italian coffee and coffee from a machine. In the evening the offer free wine and chips to guests, so you can chill out while you cook some pasta in the kitchen. This is a good chance to get to know other guests. As well, you can find the windows doors to the balcony with tables and chairs facing the hostel's garden. This is can be useful for smokers and a place to be for those that like to look at the sky. Just as a hotel, the hostel has room service everyday.
