Great service!

Christian was so helpful and kind! Before our stay we requested a car service to the airport for early morning and they set everything up for us. The locations is great just outside the Vatican, Christian helped us figure out how to use public transportation and we saw so much more than we thought we could. This location has so much charm, hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

First Class Guest House (hotel)

Booked for a last minute trip to Rome. Couldn’t have been more delighted from the onset. Room was well appointed, clean and most importantly during the heatwave a fantastic aircon already put on prior to check-in! The location was very central to the various sites. Both Chris and Marg at reception were extremely polite, friendly & helpful. Nice to know that such customer service hasn’t fully disappeared in Rome. Would definitely come again and recommend it highly.

Hotel horroroso! Velho, mal conservado, instalações precárias, limpeza deplorável. Não sei como pode ainda ter classificação. Ficamos 5 noites sofrendo nesse local. Não recomendo nem para inimigo.

NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!! Die Rezeption existiert nicht, obwohl in der Anzeige steht 24h anwesend! Wir mussten erst mal einen Ausweis über WhatsApp senden an irgendeine Nummer, damit wir in die Unterkunft kommen, keiner weiß an wem die Nachricht ging und was damit passiert. Weiter steht in der Anzeige Doppelgeräusch Schutz , was absolut nicht stimmt! Wir konnten die Gespräche von Zimmer gegenüber mithören und diese hatten dazu auch noch immer wieder die Tür offen gelassen! Es gab kein warmes Wasser nur Lauwarm! Der Boden im Zimmer war kaputt so das man nur mit Schuhen laufen konnte!! Parkplätze gibt es definitiv nicht, es sei denn sie zahlen 25€ für ein Parkhaus! Die Parkplätze auf der Straße sind verständlicher weiße von den Bewohnern und Restaurant Besuchern in der Umgebung besetzt. Es ist wie eine absteige für Escorts aber nichts für normale Familien oder Paare.

Good guest house for the price

The hotel was just a 10 min walk to the Vatican and has a supermarket and restaurants nearby. We liked the daily room cleaning and the high ceilings in this historic building. Note though that this is not a hotel... There is no bar or restaurant and check in options are limited as there is not a 24 hour reception (we used a self check in option using a key safe). For the price, would recommend.

Quando siamo arrivati ci è stato comunicato che la vasca idromassaggio era guasta,ci è stato detto che ci abbonavano i 10€ della sanificazione anche perché avevo pagato 41€ gli ho mostrato la mail che ne avevo pagati 51€ ha provato più volte ha dirmi che loro ci rimettono e che se la vasca era funzionante gli dovevo di più si è lamentata più volte di Expedia che affitta a prezzi nn concordati con loro. La pulizia nn eccelsa ( anzi) e anche un po troppo vecchiotto. In sintesi mai più.

Ce lieu est une ARNAQUE. Je me demande même si c'est un lieu déclaré ! Il était affiché comme hôtel 5 étoile dans ma recherche, hors tout était dégradé et il n'y avait pas de service !
