The hotel is located in the 2nd floor of a building, the host is very helpful. 15mins walk from central station, would highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, looking after our bags on check-out day, etc. The state of the rooms & bathroom is a little rougher than you might expect from the pictures but serviceable. The only real problem is how much the place echos, and with all rooms running of the same corridor, any small noise reverberates. Not good for light sleepers.

What a surprise when I got to the property. It did not look like a hotel but a normal building. When I was buzzed in, I had to find my way into the property as the hotel was on the 3rd floor. Then I was told that the toilet was broken and taken to another hotel which at least looked like a hotel.

The owners are incredibly unresponsive to their customers questions and concerns. Expedia also had a very hard time reaching them. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far friendlier places to stay in Rome, where the hosts actually care about their clients.

Hard to find monster doors closed no lobby located on 2nd floor century old elevator no front desk no fridge no drinking glasses towels beddings no changed soap shampoo too small and no replenishment tub slippery no curtains water goes to floor owner rude and unhelpful It’s never a suite at all It’s in a dilapidated building.It’s just a horrible place to stay.Don’t billet people here at all Mr Orbitz.Shockingly true and to prove all these stay at the suites allegedly.The truth will set me free.

AVOID IT

We did not receive the room we booked. Our room was FILTHY - hair everywhere, dirt everywhere. The air-conditioning did not work. We were also charged the wrong amount from the hotel and have filed a complaint with Hotels.com as she hasn't responded to any requests for refund after we provided proof that she charged the wrong amount. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It’s old the elevator is very old and can only carry one person plus suitcase . The breakfast was awful, no one to call if you need assistance. It’s not a hotel it’s a b&b

La struttura è ubicata in ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da Stazione Termini. L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano di di uno storico palazzo. Sono stato accolto dalla gentilissima titolare per il check-in. La stanza, lato via Piave, è risultata essere molto rumorosa e non sono riuscito a chiudere occhio tutta la notte. La titolare mi aveva anche offerto dei tappi per le orecchie ma non pensavo fossero così necessari! Nella stanza c’era un forte odore nauseabondo.

This was not a hotel but rather a room with bathroom. No shower curtain and no one at wrong desk just to let us in. Basically a bed, shower and a key for room.
