Located a few steps from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, Monti Holidays Home is the perfect starting point to visit the Eternal City by moving exclusively on foot.
The newly renovated apartment with every new furniture and complement is as follows: two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, large living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table for 6 people, lastly a bathroom with shower. big dimensions.
All in a warm and well-kept environment, designed for those who at the end of an intense day of visiting the beauties of the city want to relax at home without having to necessarily go out for dinner
You will be welcomed by a warm atmosphere as only a holiday home can offer.

This location was great! Close to train station and easy to get around beautiful Rome. Apartment was very clean and owner was very helpful with smooth check in and was available anytime if needed. We were 4 and would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!!!!

Perfect spot in Rome! Monti is a lovely neighbourhood, great restos and cafes within a short walk, collosseum is a short walk away too!Kitchen had almost everything to make a full meal (we had to get a bit creative-no oven), we had a problem with the hot water and our host had it fixed right away!

Great Stay and Location

Host was excellent and provided a terrific check-in including recommendations, guidance, etc. Location is terrific for access to train station, Colosseum, forum, etc and the nearby Repubblica subway station whisks you to the Vatican end of town in minutes. Most other sites are a reasonable walk away.

Location, location, location…

Monti is a great location in Rome which made the City very walkable and easy to go everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good, only issue was the door to the bathroom sticks, but not a huge bother. Brando was very helpful and easy to communicate with if we had a question. We enjoyed our stay in Monti!

Convenient Location

The apartment was spacious & the location was convenient. The main sites were within walking distance. The back bedroom was quiet, minor noise from the street in the front bedroom & living room. The dishes were sticky, however, the apartment was stocked with what we needed to wash them. We had better results washing dishes by hand than with dishwasher. It was nice to have a washing machine, clothes came out clean & soap was provided. The shower floor was quite slippery. It may be helpful to add a rubber mat for safety. Also, water easily escaped the shower due to the positioning of the shower head so it was important to detach the shower head before getting in & have a towel on the floor to prevent slipping. This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget.

Awesome location and apartment

This is a great apartment and location. We were able to walk easily from the train station, and then to many restaurants and attractions throughout Rome. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and the private balcony was an amazing surprise for Rome. We would definitely stay here again!

Très bien situé mais relativement bruyant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement, la situation est magnifique pour pouvoir visiter la ville, La terrasse est parfaite pour prendre l’air en dehors de la ville. L’appartement est relativement complet mais il y a quelques points à améliorer pour qu’il soit parfait : - Essuie vaisselle manquant - Savon à mains manquant - Les chassis a l’avant de l’appartement laisse passer énormément de bruit extérieur ce qui ne facilite pas le sommeil pour la chambre de devant.

We had a wonderful experience at this first class accommodation. Brando was a very personable host; he responded to our questions quickly; we never felt that we were a bother to him. Brando proved us with basic essentials to get out week started (fabulous Nespresso): lots of mini supermarkets in the area. Top notch design, spacious with great beds and comfortable furnishings; A/C and washing machine were also great blessings! Location was perfect - 7 minute walk to the Colosseum; Brando will also arrange taxi’s. Cute enclosed garden off the master bedroom. Overall, I’d highly recommend this property; absolutely fabulous!

Great Location

We had a great time in Rome. The apartment was very clean and we were even able to leave our bags after check out while we toured the city. The location was fantastic, and there was even a supermarket just around the corner. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
