Amazing location and views! Numerous restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend Propaganda. Very convenient taxi stand at the end of the short block. Lively entertainment around the Colosseum. If you miss this gem you’re missing out.

The view from the hotel room was fabulous. Overall it was a good stay. However, the rooms could use some work. The walls were crumbing apart, the bathroom was rather moldy and the tiles behind the toilet were falling. The staff was nice. It's a very busy street and can be difficult to find the hotel at first. They don't have a sign and on the buzzer it was under a different name than the hotel. All the walking tours would line up and meet right at the doors as well.

Boa localização, mas sem serviços de apoio.

Não é um hotel e sim apartamentos que são oferecidos no estilo "bed & breakfast". A localização é bem em frente ao Coliseu, então a vista do quarto é ótima. Por outro lado, passam bondes em frente, ônibus e a avenida é movimentada, então você pode se incomodar com o barulho desde bem cedo. Além disso, por não ser um hotel você pega as chaves e não tem serviço algum à disposição. O café da manhã é apenas um voucher que lhe dá direito a um café e um corneto (uma opção de pão doce, croissant em geral) numa cafeteria próxima. E por fim, o escritório onde você pega a chave só abre às 9:30h, então se chegar antes desse horário deve ficar esperando de pé na rua como nós ficamos. Se isto fosse avisado teríamos ficado no aeroporto sentados numa cafeteria até mais tarde.

Nasty Hotel

The restrooms are sooooo dirty, there’s mold everywhere, thanks God I brought my flip flops. Hot water never came out, we were freezing as it’s January. Taking a shower wasn’t pleasant at ALL. The toilet and water system is electrical so every time anybody flush it, open the sink at take a shower it makes the louder sound ever!!! Good luck if you’re trying to sleep and have some rest. Two of three door handles were loosened. The walls are dirty, you hear everything from street and from rooms besides. The coffee maker nasty as well, the cushion facing the window was stained. The only positive thing, if you are lucky to get a room facing the Colisseum is the view!!!

Great location

amazing location and value for money. The room was far better than expected and we had absolutely no issues at all. 4th stay in Rome, I’ve tried other places (budget to expensive) Would definitely come back here. It’s perfect if you want a nice place to stay but are planning to be out and about the city most of the time.

Good location but loud and inconvenient

There is no sign so the hotel is hard to find. The room was on the first floor with a taxi stand directly outside the window so it was very loud. Because it was on the first floor the shades could not be left open to see the view without people staring in. The location is very convenient. The bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was friendly enough

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location was amazing. The only suggestion is that it needs a little maintenance. The walls in the kitchen need to be repainted and the shower walks have mold. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear people in other apartments We would stay here again!

Amazing view of the colosseum! Taxi rank is right outside... metro station is a 7 minutes walk. If you are planning to do laundry, the machine does not have a dryer. Check-in/out was very smooth, very friendly hosts.

Great view, but that was about it.

I picked this hotel because of the view. You can't argue it was an AMAZING view. But the reception closes at 6:00 or 6:30 and they charge a fee for late check-in. The hotel texted me to coordinate check-in time and in the text said they would be there until 6:30, if I arrived after that, I would be charged 30 euro. We arrived at 6:15 and I was still charged the 30 euro late fee. The guy said it was because of the weekend. It wasn't until after the fact I checked my text and saw they communicated to me, in writing twice, that late fee would be charged after 6:30pm. Aside from that, the shower was moldy and smelled of mildew. I wasn't sure if I was getting cleaner or dirtier showering in it. Other than that, the hotel was nice. For the one night we stayed there, I'd say it was OK because the view kinda made up for it.

The room was very similar to pictures on the website. We had a 2 floors room with bathroom and lounge in basement. Our room had a view on Colosseo as mentioned; which was great. But was its next to the street its noisy most of day/night. Few restaurant around (but expensive for breakfast) and there is a grocery store at 2 minutes walk. As per expedia deal we had a free bottle of wine but its was half bottle only. There is a small refrigerator and an Nespresso machine. Internet connection is ok. We had two majors disappointment with the room: 1) many very small flies in the room and bathroom 2) from the second day we had a very bad sewage smell in the room The lady working at the desk was very nice and useful.

Elegante albergo a 2 passi dal supermarket, da ristoranti poco costosi, con mangiare buonissimo, davanti allo splendido Colloseo. I was promised the "EGG ROOM" which had a window seat with a view of the Roman Colosseum. I got a room with a view, however, you had to stand at the window. And the room I got, even though I told them I had written confirmation, had a bathroom down a flight of stairs. The bathroom had drain flies all over it. Hundreds of them. it was disgusting trying to shower with bugs.
