Imagine a Airbnb with no organization at all. The staff leaves at 5pm and one of the days it wasn’t t there. We were lucky to arrive while the staff was there, otherwise I had no idea how to get the keys or where to start. We never got a msg asking for our arrival time. The big problem is that it s not a hotel, since there is no one to help. We will not be back

Naman Hotel

Good location. Beautiful rooms. Daily maid service. Only glitch was that access code not sent in adavnce but this was quickly resolved by phone on arrival. Would happily stay there again.

Incredible location - a bit challenging through the entry but just delightful on arrival. Note it's up a one-way cobbled street - top of incline on the left. I will absolutely reccommend

O hotel é excelente. Cama super confortável, toalhas macias, chuveiro forte e localização maravilhosa. Minha ressalva vai para a chegada. Não recebi orientações de como entrar no hotel e como conseguir as senhas necessárias. Nenhum dos emails que recebi antes da minha chegada me informavam o que era preciso. Foram dois hóspedes que me ajudaram e me entregaram um cartão com a informação de um telefone pelo qual consegui o que precisava. Bastante estressante o check-in! Fora isso, a estadia foi excelente.

Horrible, la peor experiencia! No luce para nada como en las fotos. No hay recepción, no hay elevador. Nadie te atiende las fotos son muchísimo para el lugar, feo, la atención fue la peor, muy feos cuando llegan a contestar los mensajes.

Scam

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It can’t even be called a hotel, as there’s no reception — it’s a ridiculous establishment set up on one floor of an apartment building. You can never find anyone to assist you. The soundproofing in the rooms is non-existent, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and it takes at least 5 minutes for hot water to come in the shower — you’re forced to shower with freezing cold water, and the water pressure is very low. If you want to leave your luggage after check-out, they tell you to leave it at a place 15 minutes away. Don’t be fooled by its location or price — never choose this so-called hotel.

I urge potential guests to scrutinize reviews thoroughly before booking, a step I regrettably overlooked due to the misleading 8.8 rating. This establishment falls short of a hotel, or even a boutique hotel—it's essentially an upscale Airbnb, lacking a reception or dedicated front desk. Promises of a concierge service were unfulfilled; despite welcoming messages and assurances of assistance, actual support post-check-in was lackluster at best. Locating the property was a challenge, hidden at the end of a narrow, inaccessible street, forcing us to haul our luggage from afar. The ordeal continued with a staircase before reaching an antiquated lift, which barely accommodated one person and luggage, let alone our group of four with multiple suitcases. Compounding our frustrations, the 'deluxe rooms' with balconies were inconsistent in size—one notably smaller—yet inquiries about this discrepancy were met with an unprofessional "I don’t know" from the concierge. On a positive note, the rooms were acceptable, and proximity to Rome's shopping district was convenient. However, at over USD 350 per night, the value and experience were severely lacking. My complaint via Expedia remains unaddressed after six days, further adding to my dissatisfaction.
