Jennifer made the greatest effort to accommodate us when we arrived, since the room was not ready. The rest of the days floor was not swepted or mopped . Requested room with jacuzzi . The buttons on panel were unfunctional . For frequency of people she stay the owner needs to make updates. Overall, hotel is central to Vatican and the coliseum which made it easy to reach areas. Jennifer charisma and hospitalty made the stay enjoyable .

We had a strange experience in this hotel in July. Good location. I booked separate beds, but checking in found out there was only one room with separate beds and it was taken. This was the reason I booked in the first place: two beds and location. Our room was to the park where restaurant are, it was noisy, especially weekend evenings. There are several locks and several keys, difficult to get in and out. They asked what time you wish to have breakfast. One day we weren’t sure what time we’ll wake up, as we were on a holiday. They told me I could tell them in the morning. At 10 (breakfast ends at 10) I asked for a coffee and a juice, a lady who spoke no English, showed me a paper with a big red NO written on our room, and refused to give me anything. When checking out at 11 (they give 11 as check out time), nobody was in the reception. We waited a while and then sent a WhatsApp. We had already asked to leave our luggage there for a couple of hours. I asked in WhatsApp if we could leave luggage and take the key as no one was there. They asked me to wait, someone would be there as they had gone out. I gave feedback politely, only telling their customer service is not very good. I got 11 messages back, extremely impolite. After explaining the situation, I had to block this person. They continued from another phone number, and I blocked again. I don’t recommend this hotel. Some of them were very nice but I also got the worst customer service ever from someone “in the office”.

Perfekt for kort tur til Rom

Opholdet var gnidningsløst nemt at checke ind, godt stort værelse. Super flinke personale. Rent og pænt. Morgenmad serveret på værelset. Det var meget stille og kun larm fra udrykningskøretøjer, på trods af en central placering i Rom. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Go anywhere else but here.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. Starting: check in - I made the reservation for my husband and my stepdaughter and upon arrival, they struggled to find the door. Given that I had made the reservation, I contacted the hotel number and the gentleman was LESS than helpful, was so rude about my contacting him (versus my husband) and was super rude about the entire check in process. My husband and stepdaughter were stuck in the lobby of the hotel (you press a button to get in) and the button wasn't working, so they were stuck between the entry doors and the metal doors that buzz you in. Later the front clerk said that the button wasn't working and she didn't know why and the number to the main hotel ISN'T EVEN ON SITE. Then in the 100+ degree weather, they kept turning off the air unit when they cleaned the room and they'd open the windows so when they returned to the room, the AC didn't have a chance to keep up and they were miserable in the heat wave even though we had a hotel room with an AC unit. The whole experience for all 3 nights was abismal. Save your money. Go anywhere else but here.

La colazione non ci è stata servita (seppur prevista) per motivazioni sanitarie, ma tutti gli altri alberghi del mio viaggio hanno provveduto (con regole rispettose delle norme anti-Covid).
