We booked, and would highly recommend, a room with a balcony. We had a direct view of and felt like we were right in the middle of Piazza Navona. We were able to sit out on our balcony in the morning and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the empty plaza, and a glass of wine at night, looking out over the lively plaza. Made our stay so special! We booked a larger room as well which I would also recommend. Location was unbeatable!

Concierge was extremely helpful during check in. Great location and easy to get in and out during the day. Room was clean and practical, and the AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. All you need when staying in Rome.

Absolutely stunning view of the Palazza Novella during the day and night. Perfectly situated in Rome for walking everywhere. A plethora of places to eat just a few footsteps away. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Window to the novella was sound proof so courtyard noise was not a problem. Just be considerate of your neighbors and don’t come in late and be loud.

Great staff and rooms were spacious for Rome standards. Easy check in and out process. Super location near lots of attractions. Free daily water which helps a lot with romes hot summer heat. No noise from the piazza, the sound prof windows work really well! Definitely would stay here again.

The room was very clean with fresh towels and bed made up every day. The AC was excellent, despite it being almost 100 outside. We enjoyed the upper suite above the bed, as well as the balcony overlooking the piazza.

Navona Stay was a great hotel to stay at. Not only was it close distance to a lot of attractions, shopping, eateries, laundry and the gorgeous view right below of Piazza Navona, but also the staff was really helpful, the amenities were great, strong A/C and our room was always clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and I look forward to my next stay at Navona Stay in the near future. We loved it!!

Clean, safe, & air conditioned! Shower is small, if you have mobility concerns / difficulty in small spaces it may be challenging. (Other than being small, the bathroom facilities were very clean and well maintained) For us (a young couple touring the city mostly by foot) it was the perfect short term stay - everything we needed!

It was a perfect place to stay very clean and Martina was so accommodating. it’s near the four river fountains and the piazza a lot of restaurants and shops. A very safe place to stay hoping to come back next year love it and i recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Rome, and it is well maintained and very clean. The only issue is the steps leading to the elevator. A ramp would be a useful addition, especially for guests with heavy suitcases.
