We were warmly received by Giorgia upon arrival to the Navona suites. Even though we were tired after a sleepless night of air travel, we were eager to listen to Georgia’s effusive recommendations and tips of places to visit. The hotel is extremely well located on the Piazza Navona. To the left of the hotel entrance is a lovely cafe with the best cappuccinos. The room is comfortable and quiet if you get a room facing the inside. The toilet is squared shape which was uncomfortable, but the shower was heavenly. Our only minor complaint was our room was not made up daily. As we were out most or the day, our room was not too messy , but after a long day of walking, one would appreciate a made up room. Overall, we recommend this hotel as a good value for your Roman holiday.

The hotel is in a great location and it nicely finished in a modern but simple style. It's the ideal hotel for someone wanting to explore Rome but also wanting a little time to relax. The room wasn't massive (but I don't think they are in Rome) but it was nicely decorated and very cosy. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and how helpful they were, we had an airport transfer pre-booked and they were kind enough to ring (being Italian speakers and I wasn't) and confirm the collection which was a huge help. They were always there is you needded advice or directions which made the stay so much nicer. Definitley recommending this hotel!

Samen met mijn dochter hebben wij hier 2 nachten verbracht.Bij aankomst opgewacht door lief en behulpzaam personeel.Alles werd goed uitgelegd omdat vanaf 11 uur tot 8 niemand aanwezig is.Dit is zeker geen probleem,je krijgt een sleutel en kunt naar binnen.Verder hebben ze ons goed wegwijs gemaakt.Het hotel ligt aan een leuk plein dat s avonds erg gezellig is verder heb je hier weinig last van.De ligging is super je kunt als je goed ter been bent veel al wandelend bezichtigen.Eten kun je overal en langs de deur ligt een leuk tentje waar je lekker een kop koffie en ontbijtje kunt nuttigen.Als wij nog eens naar Rome gaan dan zeker terug naar Navona Suites

Posizione perfetta

L'accoglienza la nostro arrivo è stata gentile e professionale, ci è stata anche offerta, con consegna direttamente in camera, della frutta accompagnata da due calici di vino. La location è comodissima, la nostra stanza era di fronte al Senato, ma, nella stessa struttura, ce ne sono altre che si affacciano direttamente su Piazza Navona. La stanza non molto grande, ma ristrutturata di recente è molto pulita. I doppi vetri utilissimi a tenere fuori i rumori della strada, sono un altro dettaglio non trascurabile e non così scontato nelle strutture, tutte abbastanza datate, nel centro di Roma. Per un soggiorno di qualche giorno, lo consiglierei sicuramente, per un periodo più lungo, mi sento di dire di verificare le dimensioni della stanza che si sta prenotando, perchè se si viaggia con molti bagagli, la camera standard è forse un po' piccola.

Very close to every tourist attraction

All the major tourist attractions are max 20 - 30 mins walk. The beauty of it is you get to see many beautiful sites on your way to your destination so walking never gets boring. Hotel stafff are very accommodating, upgraded our room to a deluxe suite after an issue, but are not proactive about things. Good luck getting in after 11 if you’ve lost your key, hotel staff leave at 11 and nobody is there at all. So if you have any issues at night suck it up buttercup. Also there are no instructions about how to check in when you arrive - we struggled to find the buzzer and use that tiny elevator they have with our very heavy bags

Lo único bueno de estas “suites” es su ubicación, atrás de Plaza Navona, a dos pasos del Pantheon, etc...porque de ahí en fuera ni luxury y ni suites. Cuartos super pequeños sin lugar donde poner las maletas, es para estancia corta, no más de dos días. El wifi en el cuarto jamás llegó. No hay elevador desde planta baja, hay que subir unos 10 escalones y ya esta el elevador. Cero mantenimiento en general, desde la recepción, el pasillo y los cuartos. NO HAY RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO.

The location is amazing, right near Piazza Navona and so easy to walk to so many other places. The room itself felt a bit off par - the jacuzzi behind the bed wasn’t totally clean (and didn’t work) and it just felt overall not as clean as you’d expect from the other reviews and pictures of the place. There is an opera singer who lives above the suites though which is cool to hear, and the staff is really nice. That said, probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you’re in need of an affordable option and don’t plan on spending much time in your hotel, this is a fine place.

Hard to find at first and don’t let the first impression get to you because inside is great! Staff were friendly and accommodating especially Alissia! If going back to Rome I would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect to get to all sightseeing/ food areas
