The room was amazing and sweet; perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys!) and right above an active street with a few fun restaurants and gelato! Bonus - it was only a block away from piazza Navona and a short walk to so many other beautiful locations! The highlight for our family though, was David! He is an incredible asset to your team and was wonderfully kind and helpful with our check-in and getting settled. He was even available to help us out of a bind right before our colosseum tour - without his help, we may have missed the entire experience. Thank you David and Navona Tower Relais for helping to make our Rome visit amazing!! 🎉

A/C didn’t work on a hot day in Rome. Keys to the apartment did not open. Place was not clean. Shower was going hot and cold and uneven flow. No customer support or service at any time. Stairs were steep and there is no elevator. For the price they charge it is not an accommodation I would recommend.

The hotel was on the third floor so quite a lot of stairs to climb. The unit was spacious but very outdated. Location was great but quite noisy at night with all the restaurants and night life.

The place is very old. They try to keep it clean but it is not very nice. The toilets are very hard to flush. The staff is friendly but they are never around. You have to have WhatsApp or you can’t get a hold of anyone. BE PREPARED TO WALK UP SEVERAL FLIGHTS IF STAIRS.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to main sites and lots of restaurants and shops right there! The building was very old as expected, the room itself was good size (we got the 2 room apartment) for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The bathroom was small specially the shower. It had some mold and painting coming off. It could be better maintained. We didn’t really use the kitchen for cooking but it would be nice to have a coffee machine with pods to make it easier. Staff was really nice although it would be more convenient not to have to book an appointment for check-in as plans change all the time and this adds one more thing to worry about. The place has potential if there are plans for some upgrades to the rooms.

The property is very close to Plaza Navona - only a half block away. This made it great for dining and shopping options as well as just sitting and enjoying the Plaza. The staff replies promptly to your questions (via email). Diana, the person who checked us in, was very helpful and made sure to be at the property when we were ready to check in. Since the building is old, there is no elevator and the rooms are on the third floor, so we had to carry our luggage several flights of stairs. Also, every time we used the sink, toilet, or tub, the pipes made noises when on.

La atención del personal fue buena y la ubicación es sin duda excelente. Sí hay ruido, pero es comprensible considerando que se trata de una zona con muchos restaurantes Ahora bien, una cosa es el estilo “vintage” y otra muy distinta es lo viejo y descuidado. El lugar no se parece en nada a las fotos publicadas. El baño está muy deteriorado: la puerta de la regadera no cierra, lo que hace que se moje todo el baño; la presión del agua es muy baja y la regadera se mueve constantemente. La cocina está en muy mal estado, con varios muebles rotos. Las paredes de las habitaciones están manchadas y descuidadas, el mobiliario está dañado, con puertas rotas y acabados mal mantenidos. Aunque tiene cocina, no me dio confianza usarla, y bañarse fue un martirio. Un detalle muy grave fue que un día otro huésped abrió por accidente la puerta de mi habitación. Yo la había dejado completamente cerrada, y escuché que alguien intentaba abrir desde fuera. En cuestión de segundos, la perilla giró y la puerta se abrió, ya que el huésped tenía una llave que también funcionó para mi habitación. Fue muy incómodo y preocupante. Las sábanas y toallas olían fuertemente a vinagre; entiendo que es por higiene, pero resultaba muy desagradable. Solo hay un aire acondicionado, que no enfría lo suficiente para el tamaño del lugar. Lamentablemente, no volvería a quedarme aquí. Agradezco la atención recibida, pero sería ideal que que invirtieran en mejorar el estado general del alojamiento

Bastante mal ya que el hotel está en tercer piso sin elevador y mi mama usa bastón y con cuatro maletas fue muy complicado para todos subir y bajar el estado del cuarto muy deteriorado una Puerta rota sin manija una terraza espantosa el aire acondicionado no servía bien y hacía muchísimo ruido las tazas para el café cuarteadas y en la regadera no se podía ni entrar era de 90 cm algo nos picó en las camas pues los 4 amanecimos con piquetes de animal lo único bueno la Anfitriona Lia excelente atención muy amable definitivahí no regresaría
