The property is in urgent need of renovation.Additionally, basic amenities were missing: there was no hand soap and shampoo in the room, and we were given very few towels.

When we arrived, there was no bed for our daughter and when we asked for it, the receptionist asked us to change rooms for one night. Then, there was just a sheet on the bed (no blankets or duvets) (this was end of October!) and when we asked for one, the receptionist said they had run out of these. Lastly, theA/C unit started sending very cold air at midnight, waking us up! Overall, we were very disappointed in this hotel.

The room was TINY the air conditioning didn’t work but the night was cool so we opened the windows, the shower was the worst! The rainwater head covers the entire shower space which is tiny as well and there was no relief from the water to suds up, very odd design! The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful especially Valentina! Kudos to her! We didn’t stay the second night even though it was non refundable. Just wasn’t worth the hard bed and crazy shower situation.

Probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed!! We booked this hotel last minute and didn’t check in until 12am. As soon as we enter the room we were disgusted the room look nothing like the photos, closet was broken, floor tiles were broken, cracked and just dirty, air conditioning had think dust all over it, the walls looked like they had mold on them, amd there was so much more. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1, we needed somewhere to sleep since it was 12 am and there will be no other hotel so we stayed the night there and as soon as we woke up we packed our stuff and left. At first they didn’t want to give us a refund but then we told them that we will not be staying here another night and told them the state the room was in. On top of that they offer free WiFi but it doesn’t work
