The hotel was located near downtown Rome. It is within walking distance to many attractions. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very personable and professional. I stayed for seven days. I would highly recommend this hotel.

stayed 5 nights for our honeymoon, the room is decent considering living in the center of Rome and just 7-8 minutes walk to Trevi and next to Gallerie Nazionali di Arte Antica - Palazzo Barberini. And 1 min walk to metro. - staff is super helpful and welcoming for helping us arrange things. -breakfast is delicious, fresh and a lot of options. we will definitely stay here again if we plan to visit Rome in the near future.

We had a wonderful family stay at Palazzo 4 Fontane 12 during our trip to Rome. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the city and visit many of Rome’s main attractions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of two adults and a six-year-old child. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed returning here after long days of walking around the city. Our stay helped make our Roman holiday even more special. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable place in a great location in Rome!

Lovely place to stay! Loved it and very safe for solo travelling as well, close to the city center on foot. Lovely room, good service, helpful staff -would though say they the food for room service was a bit disappointing compared to the price. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Perfect location. An 8 min walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants near by and bus stop for hop on and off bus. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast is varied and so yummy! The hotel is clean and in a lovely area. We would definitely return. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Rome!

We loved the hotel and location as it was in the heart of Rome. Just a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We stayed in Room 610, which was right next to the house cleaning office/room. When they kept leaving and returning there was a lot of noise at times. Only other minor complaint, because we may have been in a high floor, although we've never had this issue previously at other hotels, is that the hot water took 10 minutes to heat up. I'm unsure if it was particularly that room or it affected the other ones on the high floor. The breakfast was amazing, staff were great, and as I stated earlier, great location. Check out this Mediterranean Fish restaurant called SAMPEI FISH SRL, fresh caught fish you get to pick and they prepare it in 3 different ways....Broke the mouth!

Excellent hotel with friendly efficient staff in a convenient location - 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain, under 30 mins walk to colosseum etc, or the metro station is very close if you want to save your feet. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the piazza and it was very quiet by Rome standards ie some police sirens were audible now and then but not a problem. Some other reviews mentioned noise from the metro passing underneath the hotel but this really wasn’t an issue and could barely be heard unless you were listening for it. Although the rooms aren’t huge they are spacious enough for two and are modern, light and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are well maintained. The whole place is very clean and in good order. The buffet breakfast was good and offered plenty of choice including some hot food options. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would have no problem recommending this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a wonderful location for walking to several of the main sights. The rooms and common areas were beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing, and the small plates in the afternoon were also great.

The hotel itself was nice, but our experience with the staff was disappointing. We had already paid around $1,600 through Expedia, but at check-in we were told our reservation was for one person and were charged an additional €50 per night for my girlfriend, totaling €250. What disappointed us most was how unhelpful the hotel was in trying to resolve or explain the situation. We understand booking issues can happen, but the lack of assistance and unexpected extra charge left a bad impression on an otherwise nice stay.

Location was excellent! The hotel is is walking distance to many places like the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and several styles of stores and restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast was great and offered a good variety of foods. Though I am not lactose intolerant, it was great to see the offering of foods that met those needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a first time visitor to Rome, I felt safe.

Beautiful hotel. Nestled perfectly in the Trevi neighborhood it provides access to the fountain, lots of restaurants and a great ambiance. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout. Rooms clean and space is exactly as pictured.
