It is located in a condominium with a large garden and is about a 5-minute walk (staircase with 30 steps) from the entrance of the condominium. The house consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The first bedroom is on the left as you enter and can also be used as a study, then there is the living room and the second bedroom also on the left of the corridor with the bathroom and kitchen.
The flat does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans, furthermore the building is being restored and has scaffolding on one facade of the building .
The living room has 2 sofas, a television, a pouf(bed), a table with 3 chairs. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture.
The bedroom entering on the left is communicating with the living room, the first has a sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), a closet, a desk with a chair.
