Just spent a couple of days in Rome, Piccolo Imperiale was a great pick,the owner met us on arrival and was really helpful,local cafes bars to serve our requirements, hotel was superb rooms immaculate and bed sheets changed daily, would highly recommend to anyone.

Our well equipped en-suite bathroom.
The main room with 2 very comfortable beds.

Actual Property does not match the pictures at all, very poorly maintained. Very dirty bathroom and there was mould growing in the bathroom. Very small shower, the layout was veey wierd with 2nd bed right in front of the the cupboard, so much so that u wud bang ur head on the handle if u even tried to stand up. 1st night AC did not work and in morning the flush wont work...we brought this up to the management and they said will have technician look at it once we left the room... in 10 mins they message us saying both are working. When we got back the room the flush still wasnt working again.. took about 20 to 30 mins to fill up the tank and needed multiple tries before it worked... Only plus point is location. No amenities, not even a kettle in the room. Fridge wasn't working either.. breakfast is 8.99 euro per person and its a joke.. be cautious and avoid if possible. There r lot of properties in this price range in the area.

It’s a guest house within walking distance to attractions and a few restaurants. It is in a safe and quiet area. The room was clean and basic with tiny bathroom. The a/c took a little longer to cool. It was enough for one night before our flight back home the next day.
