Air conditioning was horribly loud, otherwise the room was big, great location, stairs are a bit of a climb given most old buildings are. We have the room next to kitchen which gives extra space for hang out.

We really like the spaciousness and character of the room. The refrigerator and sink space is nice. The location is great with the Trevi fountain nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. It is an entertaining atmosphere on the street below. As mentioned in other reviews, this is on a very busy street and it is very loud late into the night. There are some lights that shine into the room even with shutters and curtains. There is only 1 “all purpose wash” in the shower. You may want to bring shampoo and conditioner. Overall, really enjoyed this space.

The suites are optimized to be in the thick of the Centro storico, with that the area is hectic but you have amazing access to all sites. I would definitely stay again for a few days to see all the sites, but probably not optimal for a laid back longer stay.

The gentlman that checke us in was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean the location was amazing. Our biggest issue was our lock on the room. It would not lock or unlock repeatedly. We would spend minutes at a time struggling with the lock. It was very frustrating. The staff tried to fix it, but it never was fixed. I did love the location. We were able to walk to all of the sights. We even saw Trevvi Fountain at 3am since it was literally just a stones throw away.
