Ein Comfortzimmer mit nur einer Steckdose ist lächerlich. Warmwasser kam erst nach Minuten und als Rinnsal. Der Vekehrslärm war unerträglich weil die Fenster nur schlecht schallisoliert waren.

The staff are nice and approachable, easy to talk to, especially of you have questions. The single room that I have is quite small but tidy, for me it is efficient and enough for resting for I mostly was out of the hotel. I just wish there is at least a bag breakfast for those who go out early. Also, it is a little bit hard to find, but good to have the the telephone number in advance for they are responsive.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Price was low. Location was conveniently located near public transportation. Soon after I purchased the room on Expedia, I received a message from the hotel suggesting I upgrade to one of their recently renovated rooms for 10 euros more per night. I did so and was happy with the choice. The one negative was the weak water pressure in the room that made showers challenging but still possible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the bus. We bought bus tickets across the street at the store which also sold some bakery and deli items. Large grocery store next door which also had a hot deli. Restaurants were within two blocks.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here!! I found bed bugs in my room, which was awful. When I told the staff, they were friendly but didn’t really help — all they did was clean the room again. On top of that, the shower had no hot water. The staff were nice enough, but the way the bed bug problem was handled (or rather, not handled) was really poor. Do not stay here and you will have a better trip to Rome.

The cleanliness, the service and the nicest niceness of it all makes up for the somewhat not so nice neighborhood, but having said that one is very close to all modes of transportation, so I will return on my next trip to Rome

Cleen and nice room, amazing and serviceminded staff. Close to trainstation, bus and tram. Close to shopping. Very nice balcony. Had share bad, no problem. The shower was fine, no problem with the water (like someone is writing). The elevator was a little scary.

NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL

Most terrible hotel that ive ever had in my live. The hotel was dirty, the reception were stupid, the beds were uncomfortable and the location is a horrible. They get to the point of stole things of their clients.

Solo traveller's experience

Fantastic value for money, and the location works very well too. Sure, the building and facilities are old, but I had no issue with that. Many people leave bad reviews because they simply are used to too much luxury. This hotel meets your needs, and I would stay here again. Reception is also extremely nice, which adds to the charm of this place. Some things I want to add (because some of the reviews I've seen are just people being silly): If you want to adjust the temperature of your room, look for the AC remote or ask for it! I made the mistake of not doing this the first night, but it was very straight forward, and the AC works great. Breakfast is either white or whole grain toast with only a few toppings (meats, cheese, egg). Cold yogurt and cereal was also available. It's not much, but it's breakfast and saves you time looking for a breakfast place in the morning. Yes. The shower temperature can vary. This is because you're not the only person using water in an 8-floor building. If the water gets too hot, step out of the stream of water. The shower is large enough to do that. I'm sorry, but the reviews complaining about this made me so confused. This place is a great budget option.

The water pressure was very low and only sometimes got hot water. Also, the building is outdated, and was very weird to get into the building. You have to buzz into the “apartment” building then take an elevator up to the 7th floor. Also, hard to sleep because it’s so noisy, lots of honking on the street, construction, sounded like the window was open but it wasn’t. However, the location was good because it was close to the bus stop and train station.

A bit expensive for the poor overall experience

Positive : good location, welcoming staff, clean room Negative : noisy cleaning staff in the morning, difficult to sleep after 8am, the shower was not working properly. You had to press a button continuously for the shower head to spray water. The shower drain does not empty properly and the air freshener does not smell very good.
