Great experience

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The location was very ideal-- just a couple minutes from Termini Station and close to restaurants and stores.

Small but clean rooms, excellent and super helpful staff. The hotel is right next to Termini, one of the main train stations in Rome, meaning it's very convenient to get around. The hotel is set behind one of the main roads so it is very quiet.

The lady of front desk morning shift was great very helpuful, the beds very comfortable, very close less than 1 block of roma termini station, breakfast very good😋. I really recommend it Need some paint inside the room and outside but is ok to had very good night sleep, you get wake up by bells of very close church❤

The staff are fantastic and the breakfast is as well. Great location as it is very close to the train terminal. The room is very small and very hot-no way to control the heating system. The hotel is kept very clean.

Though the Hotel is located one street away from the main road and does not have a very impressive front entrance, it is very very convenient for tourists visiting Rome via the Termini, Central train station in Rome. the front desk staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in giving us directions, whereto eat etc. Overall a very pleasant and happy experience with the Raeli Hotel Lazio

The property is a 2 minute walk to Roma Termini. We had an early morning train so stayed close to the train station and were able to get a triple room for a great price. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable, the towels were a bit ragged, and the bathroom was very small but for one night it was fine. I would not stay at the property for more than one night but it is perfect to catch an early train departure.

The staff were nice, but not particularly helpful. We asked about parking nearby (parking available advertised) and the reception staff could not give us an idea of exactly where the garage was, its opening hours, or the cost. They did not offer any alternative advice. The room was simple and cheap. It could do with some new pillows and mould killer. It is in a convenient location for public transport and was 700m away from the best gelato in Rome (Come il Latte).

Selected the property because it is close to the train station. Property is set back off the street. Approaching the property the signage, driveway and building look worn. Same for the lobby. The person working the desk was pleasant and checked us in early so we could drop off our bags. The room was pretty clean but needed to be repainted and bedding was dated. Shower was tiny. Air conditioning was not operational and I was left with the impression that the manager was not authorized to turn it on. The included breakfast was quite nice. Check out was quick.

The staff were very helpful. The location is so easy to use as a base for exploring Rome. It sits tucked in a courtyard which made it quieter and only 1 block from Rome's main transportation hub Termini. Easy walking distance to great sites, food and shopping. Very affordable and a good value.

The personne at the reception in the morning was very smart and take time to explain every question we have (transport, visit, reservation etc.) In the room, the toilet did'nflush well the first day, no soap in shower. The breakfast was excellent !
