The staff was exceptional. They gave great tips and took care of booking transportation to the train station. We enjoyed the European breakfast and coffee in the morning. Location was perfect, just a 1 minute walk to the Pantheon and 20-30 minute walk to the Vatican and Colosseum (in opposite directions.) Many shops and restaurants just steps away. Wall mounted air conditioning unit worked well and easily kept the room cool. We'll recommend this property to friends and family.

We got a standard room that was very clean, and a shower with hot water and good pressure. The hosts were very approachable, kind, and helpful. It sits in the center of historic downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. While close to shopping areas, it was very quiet at night. 10 min walk to the Spanish steps and beautiful water fountains near by. Would stay here again in the future and recommend to others!

The property is a literal hole-in-the-wall. The most important thing - there’s no elevator, which is not identified on the property listing. I’m disabled, which made it difficult for me to maneuver. The rooms are generous in size and the staff is great. The place is centrally Located.
