The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good and the coffee individually made was a nice way to start each day. The room was clean and they gave us fresh towels daily and changed the sheets when we wanted them changed. Overly pleased with our stay here.

We had a nice time. The staff were very nice. Oxana checked us in and was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. The room was not a bad size for Italy. Bed was a little smaller than I thought as Expedia listed the room as Superior Double but it had everything we needed and a nice large balcony. It is an old building and does had a few issues with the walls cracking in places. The shower had an issue with the seal at the bottom letting water get into the floor and we did let them know so they can get someone to look at replacing the seal. Breakfast was nice to have included, the selection is a little small but it was nice. Quite a central location which was lovely for getting around, near the Metro station and not too far from the railway station. Also near bus and tram routes.

Ontbijt was heel beperkt, 1 soort broodjes en croissant. Geen spek, geen spiegelei, enkel gewone yoghurt, geen toastbrood,.. Kamer was erg warm, airco werd steeds uitgezet in de kamer, waardoor er veel muggen waren. De badkamer had op het plafond schimmel en spinnenwebben.

Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel por la excelente calidad de sus instalaciones, la limpieza de sus habitaciones y la atención cordial y profesional de todo su personal. Durante mi estancia disfruté de un ambiente cómodo, seguro y tranquilo, con servicios que superaron mis expectativas. Su ubicación estratégica, junto con la relación calidad-precio que ofrece, lo convierten en una excelente opción tanto para viajes de negocios como de placer. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a quienes buscan una experiencia agradable y confiable.

We booked a superior room and were placed in a standard room. The standard room is smaller by about 50 Sqft and is significant when trying to get around the room. The desk attendant refused to change our room. The breakfast was horrible with meager offerings. The bed was not memory foam and had springs typical of other mattresses. The elevator stops at the 3 rd floor and they placed us on the 4 th floor even though we requested the 3 rd floor or lower. The desk attendant refused to help with the luggage. I recently had knee surgery but they still refused. Saying they had no one on the property to assist with luggage There was paint peeling from the walls and ceiling and black mold on the walls. The porch was inaccessible because the door was broken. The walls were supposedly soundproofed, but we could clearly hear every word of the guests in the adjoining room. This is a 2-star hotel at best. There are many better hotels in the area where you should look to stay.

The room was tidy and comfortable, but could really do with some maintenance (wall was flakey/chipped, walls were dirty, shower head mount was broken. The little outdoor area was a nice feature. Breakfast was included, but VERY limited. Elevator is only available for staff, so was a bit of an ordeal walking up and down stairs after a long day. The biggest concern were the staff. While the lady that assisted with our checkin was fantastic, a couple staff members really liked to gossip about guests, which was witnessed every morning at breakfast. Location wise was good. Close to bus and train stops! Overall, the stay was good, however the staff experience in the mornings was off-putting.

The hotel was clean and the room, while quite small, was tidy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to how we were treated by some of the staff. In particular, we felt unwelcome during breakfast when trying to access the included food service - a more respectful and friendly approach would have made a big difference.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the a/c was leaking. There would sometimes be a weird smell in the bathroom likely due to the mold. You can also hear everything going on outside the room (other guests talking, people walking up and down the stairs).

Great spot, very quiet, clean and amazing staff. Unfortunately our room never got cooler than 25 degrees Celsius despite asking staff to look into it. Apparently our room was sharing the AC with 3 other rooms. So if anyone put it on a different setting, it would affect ours! So, in the 38 degree heat we got, it was pretty disappointing. They didnt have any fans either to help us! Stayed 3 nights. By the last evening I guess we got used to it. Ha! Oksana was an amazing staff, we really enjoyed her.

Personale ben disposto. La struttura è priva di ascensore e raggiungere il 3 piano (6 ripide scale) è sicuramente problematico per anziani, clienti con patologie o disabili.
