The room itself had a few things that were either broken or not working (safe, toilet seat, stinky water). It was in a great location. The staff compiled all the check-ins of the day at 1 o’clock, which caused some confusion and a bit of a backlog.

I was a guest with my wife on the 16th of May at that residence and we had a pretty bad experience, first no wifi and when I advised the people at the front desk, no one seemed to care, then we learn that there is no shuttle service to the airport as mentioned on their website. (From their website: OTHER SERVICES We endeavour to provide you with excellent customer service normally associated with large hotels but with an added personal touch, and so we offer guests: • Ticket booking services e.g. theatres, opera, restaurants, museums, galleries and guided tours - Airport shuttle service and shuttle services generally (tor a small tee A Room service) And then at midnight, the cherry on top, there was an alarm that started in our room and I couldn’t stop it, not knowing if it was for a fire ? An emergency? I went at the reception the desk but nobody was there, only a phone number that I have tried to reach but got no answer…after an hour and a half of listening to that alarm, I took off the electric panel and shut off the breaker so only then that the alarm would stop but this meant we had no more lights. This is highly unacceptable and I will make a formal complaint to Expedia. I will be expecting a quick response from them (but nothing yet and it’s been over 4 hours) and I need more than an apology.

Very overpriced

It’s fine, but is very overpriced for what you get. The place is cheaply done, leaky shower head/ stall, not very clean blankets, basically what you would expect for $30/ night rather than $150. We had a place booked for $50/ night and they cancelled last second on us, so we had to scramble to find something and this was all we could get. Maybe it’s cheaper farther in advance and then it would be ok. Also, when checking in the woman demanded 30 euros cash in tax even though the tax was paid already. I watched her put it in her own wallet.

Property was in a convenient location. The rooms were very clean but REALLY small. Much smaller then they appear in the photos. Reception was open limited hours which made it inconvenient to check or to get any assistance regarding the area.

This is not a hotel, B & B, or apartment but something in between. My family of 4 booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were hot when we arrived & 1 required AC repair to turn it on. After turning the AC on, both leaked & required bath towels to soak up the water. Even w/ the towels, the water ran across the room. They shut off the AC while we were out in 100 degree F. My daughters came back to broken tiles and pliers left on the floor. No amnesties. Rooms not as pictured. Very small. No where to put luggage. Small showers with no water pressure.
