Very accessible to the Vatican, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and other iconic sites and restaurants. From the airport, we took the SIT shuttle bus to the Vatican and walked 8 min to get to the Residenza Cavour. We were 3 in the room and it was clean and tidy complete with the amenities, coffee and pastries for breakfast as well as a stocked fridge with water, yoghurt and milk. There is an AC in the room and an elevator to access the floor. Christian from the residenza is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Make sure to check inbox and messages from the hotel days before your stay for check in instructions.

This spot is ideal for travellers looking to visit the Vatican, and those who want to be close to the Metro train. We navigated access with a bit of assistance, but once we entered our unit we had no issues. It was very clean and comfortable. Hot water comes slowly at times but always arrived. We would use this location again if staying in the Vatican area!

The place is very accessible to tourist spots like Trevi fountain and Vatican City. There are many nearby shops and restaurant too. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful which was a much needed break! It was 37 degrees in Rome during our stay so having the AC was worth it. The only thing was the telly didn’t have an aereal so we weren’t able to use it at all. The bedroom was cleaned daily. Overall our stay was great!

Located in a very good part of town. The Vatican was in walking distance as well as places to eat. Traveling around via Uber was easy and cheap as most things were withing 10-15 minutes. The room was always stocked with water and the air conditioning worked very well. Room is a bit small but it delivered all our needs. Highly recommend. There is no front desk to check in but the hosts give you a very detailed instructions to get into your room.

Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post: We loved our stay at Residenza Cavour. The breakfast, daily turndown service, and modern amenities made our stay very comfortable. Christian was especially helpful in accommodating our late check-in and late check-out requests, which we truly appreciated. The service was excellent, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be any better and we felt safe walking around at night. Highly recommended, and we would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Rome.

If you are used to B& B's instructions been a bit complicated then you will not have any problems,the room is great, clean, updated, AC works fine and is in a safe area with plenty to see and do within walking distance.
