When I checked in, I had a little problem since it is self checkin, the button did not work well. But I used whatapss to timely communicate with hotel staff. They are super helpful and had onsite staff to help me. Though it is old building, it is well maintained and they clean the room and refill snack, coffee and water daily. Location is great, safe and very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Great value for money spent as well.

Great location. Room was clean & comfortable. Good coffee machine. Room was cleaned every day and coffee etc restocked. No reception desk, and slightly confusing as to how to initially get into the property , but there is a 24 hr helplne and the person on the phone provided quick and clear instructions.

The room itself was fine and as pictured in the listing. The most difficult part was determining how to check in. The WhatsApp message I received indicated to call their number. When we arrived, we located the phone on the second floor and tried calling, but I could not get the call to go through. Thankfully, a member of staff happened to walk by and call reception for me from the phone. From there, we were told to pick up an envelope from the counter and that it indicated our room number. Once we located our room, everything was okay. The snacks were a nice touch and the coffee machine tasted fine. It was just the checkin process that was nerve wracking.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to what we were looking - sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Also close to the Metro which allowed us to get around the city. The housekeeping staff was awesome, keeping the room clean and filled with breakfast treats.

Great stay! Hotel was clean and centrally located, walkable to many sites. Well priced for staying in the city centre. Amenities provided were above expectations; toiletries, snacks, water and coffee. Lots of space for 2 adult and 2 kids in our room. We arrived earlier than check in time, however staff was available to speak with via phone. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so you have to use stairs from ground or elevator level if you are on the 2nd floor. Would recommend and return.

Nice place, very old (cool) but well maintained. Good location. The elevator is complicated at first, but you get used to it. Thin walls, little privacy. Very spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Even though it was so central, it felt safe and was surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was small, but it was the perfect size for two people. The air conditioning worked great, which was a huge plus during Rome's heat wave. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!
