We stayed at this hotel in Rome and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff. He was consistently unfriendly, impatient, and made us feel unwelcome. Even when we were simply tired from traveling and asking normal questions, he seemed agitated and dismissive. His attitude really affected our mood during the stay. I can’t be sure if it was personal bias, but as Asian guests, we did not feel respected or comfortable. Overall, this left us with a poor impression of the hotel.

A doorman always watched the entrance The restaurant up top had the most incredible fires of Rome breathtaking A two plate dinner of less than mediocre food at five star prices But I would do it again for the view! The rooms great beds and linens No regular maid service All the metal doors and all bathroom felt like a prison No phone like a hotel for departments just regular phone. We only had housekeeping once in the week Wonderful spot in center amid the ancient attractions Far from the good restaurants of other parts of town Our stay was a mixed bag

Il personale è stato molto cortese. La stanza era abbastanza comoda. Mi hanno chiesto se ci fosse qualcosa da migliorare. E’ ormai difficile. Il nostro gusto personale non collima con quello dell’artista designer. In particolare, il bagno in acciaio a me ha ricordato quello dei treni, a mia moglie una camera mortuaria. Inoltre, il materiale è delicato e tende a graffiarsi. Secondo noi lo stile scelto non è stata un’idea felice, l’ambiente è freddo e poco elegante. Sarebbe stato meglio optare per uno stile egualmente moderno, ma più confortevole. Riguardo la colazione: personalmente, preferirei la servissero, anche in sala, e non prepararla da solo nella cucina; anche se le cosine erano buone. Suggerimento (difficile): cambiate tutto.

Unique as Rome! This is a very special place

When in Rome.. there are three hot hotels at the moment.. G Rough, Chapter and Rhinoceros! Rhino is so different and special! Wow. The communication with the front office in advance was so great that you already know before that it’s gonna be a great stay. The hotel is part of a gallery or the other way round - they share the same building so you can hop to the latest exhibition. Everyone of the staff was so attentive, even the doorman of the gallery are well informed bout the guests. This is high class service. The rooms are just unique and very beautifully designed - so to say that you sleeping between art. A must see! This is one of a kind. Very clean and spacious. Great Bath products and wow.. that kitchen inside. You can use the buildings rooftop terrace and had offered a very late check-out of two hours more. Thank you!! Now it’s up to you to decide in which room you gonna stay. Tough decision. We see us next time!

We absolutely love this property. First of all the location is amazing with the Palatine Hill, Colosseum, Caracalla Baths, and Circus Maximus all within easy walking distance of less than 30 minutes. There's the Circus Maximus farmer's market on Sa/Su that is great for picking up the freshest cheeses, pastas and meats. Second, and important for us, the design is superb! The blend of the old with the best of the modern (including technology) makes these apartments delicious enough to stay in for the afternoon or evening just to enjoy the peaceful views. We only stayed for five nights but this is on our list for a much longer Rome stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make tea, coffee, pasta, or you can ping UberEats (which we did). This is an almost perfect property (my very very minor adds would be a full length mirror and a microwave). I highly recommend it for couples or even a family. 24-hour WhatsApp connection with the staff and 24-hour doorman service. We were in room 23 and from the bathroom window you'll see two of the cutest dachshunds ever living next door.
