Sinceramente sono delusa. La proprietaria è persona disponibile e garbata,ma sinceramente la sistemazione lascia a desiderare. Nel bagno al perimetro della doccia cera sporcizia. Le asciugamani non venivano cambiate tutti i giorni,se non sotto richiesta. La cosa più squallida è il ticket colazione.....preciso che scendendo a dx c'è un bar di classe con prodotti di livello....la colazione è a 150 mt in un posto dove si cucina di tutto e dove qualità e pulizia sono opinabili. Ecco a volte penso che per risparmiare si facciano pessime figure. Per il resto la proprietaria è super disponibile,ma la scelta della stanza, nonostante la centralità,non la rifarei

I wish I’d seen Rocky’s review below before booking. The proprietor never showed up and hung up on me during a phone call. Not sure if this property is now a fraudulent operation or just incompetent — but DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! (The nearby B B Hotel bailed us out.)

Struttura che dichiara sulla carta un orario di check in: sono arrivato 5 minuti prima della chiusura causa treno e nessuno mi ha aperto. Ho chiamato 7 volte al numero indicato da expedia e sulla targa in strada e il telefono veniva staccato. Ho mandato due sms e non ho ricevuto risposta. Ho dovuto cercare con urgenza una struttura a Roma in cui passare la notte spendento molto. Nessuno si è fatto vivo nei giorni successivi.

Great stay!

Arrived late, but no problem as long as you let them know. Costs 40€ for late check-in. Our host was very helpful. Fresh room with breakfast served every morning. Easy access to all of Rome with trams just outside and the trainstation Rome Trastevere but down the street. We’ll definitly recommend this place.

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! After traveling for 28 hours all we wanted to do was put our bags down and relax. When we showed up to the place, the man at the front told us to call a number. He allowed us to use his phone since we didn't have an Italian number. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell us that we couldn't check in until 6pm because it was my fault I didn't tell her in advance when I planned on checking in, however, no where on the reservation told me to notify them of my check in time. After about 20 mins of her yelling at me on the phone we agreed to meet back at 6pm. Got 1 glass of wine while we waited and then showed back up. She again proceeded to yell at us and tell us we were supposed to be there at 5. Told us the rooms bathroom was broken and that we would be staying in a nearby room. She walked us over to a different hotel then called us all "high" and "drunks" after having 1 glass of wine! At this point we just wanted a bed to sleep in. She told us we had to be extremely quiet the entire time because there are babies and other guests and that we weren't allowed to leave the hotel from 10pm-8am!!! By far the worst experience I've ever had. You couldn't pay me to stay in this establishment again!! Do yourself a favor and book literally any other hotel in Rome!

Elegant stay

Really lovely room in clean elegant accommodation. Great shower comfortable bed the whole place was immaculate. The room had a little shared terrace where you could have the tasty breakfast al fresco. Really convenient location minutes from Trastevere train station and on the #8 tramline. Easy access to the historic centre Vatican City and the restaurants of lively Trastevere. Would recommend and stay again.

Gabriella was a wonderful hostess. We arrived early and she checked us in and gave us a map, told us some great spots to check out in Trastevere, and information on getting around in Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

Cheap and Clean

This guest house is cheap and clean. That's the only good I can really say about it. The description said it was near the train station. It is not near the train station but is on the other side of the city. It is near the light rail station. We had a long trek across the city with luggage to get there. It is in a scary part of town. Thank goodness the guest house is gated. The light rail goes all night long and rattled the building every 10 minutes. It's on a busy street and I laid awake until 4 a.m. listening to partiers on the street and the light rail. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and springy. There is no front desk. We got to town earlier than expected and waited on the street for an hour for an attendent to arrive. We tried calling and texting to let them know but received no reply. Breakfast is a cappuccino and a croissant. If you are backpacking through Italy, this might be for you but other than that I would not recommend.

In vacanza a Trastevere

Avevo contattato la persona che gestisce il B&B Trastevere Relais prima del mio arrivo, per concordare l'incontro. E' stato tutto perfetto, sia la puntualità, sia la precisione delle spiegazioni, e pure i consigli che hanno saputo darmi. Avevo una stanza spaziosa con bagno privato annesso e un piccolo balcone. Il tram che porta in centro città ha una fermata a dieci metri dal portone del B&B e la stazione di Roma Trastevere (a cui mi è stato consigliato di arrivare, venendo da Roma Termini) è a cinque minuti di distanza. Colazione discreta. Ci ritornerei e consiglierei il soggiorno nella struttura ad amici. Equo il rapporto qualità e prezzo.

Perfect for our weekend break

The guest house was everything we needed for our second weekend in Rome and very convenient for the train station. It was a leisurely 15 minute stroll into the heart of Trastevere with its cobbled streets full of bars and restaurants, and not far from there you can cross the bridge into the main part of the city. We received a very nice welcome from our host, and the breakfast tray delivered to the room was a nice bonus. Lovely stay, very relaxing.

Schönes Zimmer in zentraler Lage.

Leider sind wir später als vereinbart im Hotel angekommen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat kam jemand und wir konnten einchecken. Trotz der Verspätung wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir haben einen Stadtplan und viele nützliche Hinweise erhalten. Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Schön fanden wir den Zugang zum Balkon. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und war leise. Im Zimmer selbst hätte ich mir noch einen Kühlschrank gewünscht. Aber nun gut. Das italienische Frühstück wurde uns zur gewünschten Uhrzeit an die Zimmertür gebracht. In Hotelnähe gibt es einige kleinere Geschäfte, in denen man frisches Obst, Trinken,... kaufen kann. Schräg vor dem Hotel / bzw. um die Ecke befinden sich die Haltestellen für Bus und Straßenbahn. Ich empfehle eine App, da man sonst nicht genau weiß, wo man ist. In Rom scheint es keine Ansage im Bus bezüglich der nächsten Haltestelle zu geben. Zwar steht es klein auf dem Haltestellenschild, aber das lässt sich aus dem Bus bzw. der Straßenbahn heraus meist nicht schnell genug erkennen. Die Fahrkarten kann man direkt neben dem Hotel in einem Laden kaufen. In fußläufiger Reichweite befinden sich viele Cafes und Restaurants. Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Min mit dem Bus vom Hauptbahnhof Termini entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans un appartement refait à neuf avec 3 chambres d'hôtes. Personnel sympathique parlant anglais ou italien mais pas français. Petit déjeuner très correct servi dans la chambre. Propreté de la chambre Très agréable
