Access was okay but I won’t believe its suitable for those needing floor-to-room step free access as there’s a few small steps to get to the elevator. Overall: Good Amenities, I was promosed the lactose free option for breakfast, however this was not delivered. For the rest very convenient location for easy access to Ciampino airport

Helt obemannat och lite opersonligt för mig. Hade problem med koden när jag kom sent på natten och var tvungen att ringa på hjälp. Tog lite tid, men ordnade sig. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Bra för en övernattning.

The stay at the hotel was excellent. However the sound proofing was not good. We could hear the loud TV from the next room all night and also there were people talking on the outside. Not sure if they were arguing etc but the noise travlled inside the room too and did not let us sleep properly. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is as comfortable as possible.

Really good hotel. Coffee machine 24/7 in lobby and ok breakfast box. Big comfortable bed and nice shower. Only downside (and not the fault of the hotel) is that although it’s close to the airport, you can’t walk there and a taxi cost €25 and not many drivers want to actually go there as they’d rather take the fare to the city.

The hotel was hard to find because it is located in the apartment building on the second floor, We arrived after 8pm and were supposed to get an entrance code after the filling out the registration form on line. We successfully filled out the registration form but didn’t receive the entrance code, We called the customer service number and were notified that, that first, we would have to pay city taxes 6 euros.This was the first time that we’ve heard about it. No mention about city taxes in the reservation’s information. The hotel was very clean, rooms were very clean as well . Our room was very small but had everything we needed. AC was working quite well. Overall, our stay was good. We only stayed one night.
