We stayed at Hotel Royal Court in the annex building for five nights. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel experience, do not book a room here. The annex is not a 4 star hotel and it being advertised as one feels misleading. The images of the room we booked online showed a room with a big window. Our room barely had any natural light, making it feel more like a prison cell. One night during our stay we had to evacuate in the middle of the night due to a false fire alarm. This was traumatising for my 4 year old daughter and when I emailed the hotel about this I didn’t receive an email back. Not a single apology. For the positives, the room was clean and closely located to termini station. Reception staff were friendly. If you are looking for somewhere for one night this will do the job, for anything longer my advice is to book elsewhere

Upon checking in the staff was very helpful. Tool my luggage to the other building where my room was located. FYI - there is the main registration location (as shown in the pics) and about 25 yds further up is the 2nd location. Rooms are nice just not where the breakfast/bar and patio are located. Lots of restaurants near by and the train station within minutes (walking). Actually, Great location.
