The hotel is in an excellent location, all the main sites are walkable. It is a simple hotel with a bed to sleep on and is exactly what you need when you are spending the entire time exploring Rome. I have no hesitations about staying here again. I recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Spagna and will definitely be recommending it to others! We stayed at their Via Rasella 148 building, which offered a beautifully modern and clean room.The AC worked perfectly, making it incredibly pleasant and refreshing to come back to the room during the hot afternoons. The location is excellent—it is very close to major attractions and fantastic food options. Having a bus stop on the very next street also made getting around Rome incredibly convenient. We would absolutely stay here again

The property was clean and the AC was amazing. Super convenient location near the Spanish Steps and only a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and metro station. The walls were a little thin so it was a bit noisy, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Would stay again.

A very nice hotel that is very central to a lot of great places. 5 minutes away from Travis fountain and the Spanish steps! Staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Hotel is very clean, staff is very nice, breakfast is great just 1 block from the hotel. hotel is small, and old fashion, the only downside is that elevator is very small with wooden doors all written names and draws .. that make the hotel feels like old… other than that, great place to stay 2 nights. location is amazing.

The staff were amazing. The location is great and central. Two to three minutes to the bus stop and Trevi Fountain. High End shopping center located few doors down. Breakfast is served at a location nearby. Overall a great place to stay!

Spagna Ave hotel was home base for us for an unexpected mother daughter trip. The location was amazing-- everything was within walking distance and the area felt very safe because there were so many people out and about. Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were only 5 minutes away each, shopping was very close by, lots of restaurants, and lots of excellent gelato. We were able to also walk to the metro station to take it to the Vatican and the Coliseum. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The AC was wonderful, a real luxury to have when we wanted to retreat from the heat during the very hot summer days. Not a lot of amenities, but it was excellent for the value. The only issue we had was spotty internet on the last day which the hotel said was due to the internet provider. Highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to visit Rome again soon!
