Chambre très bruyante malgré, service moyen

L'accueil était correcte mais contrairement aux annonces la personne ne souhaitait pas échanger en Français. La chambre par contre est très très mal insonorisée: si vous cherchez la quiétude dans la chambre vous risquez d'être déçu que ce soit par rapport à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur. La chambre étant sur le couloir, je pense à peine 1mètre sépare le bureau de la chambre: chaque entrée d'une personne de l'extérieur vers le bureau, chaque sonnette, chaque discussion s'entendait trop: c'est comme si les murs n'existaient pas. Par rapport à l'extérieur, pareil: les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage: tout les bruits de la rue s'entendaient: passants, les voitures , les chantiers. Le petit déjeuner: il fallait insister pour avoir un sachet de thé. La chambre était bien propre. La qualité du lit, la douche : étaient dans un état moyen. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était professionnel et serviable. La localisation est vraiment satisfaisante: métro à proximité.

Loud neighborhood but cute hotel

Room was great, bed was super comfortable but our room was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We were room number one. Paper thin window so extreme street noise constantly and other people staying at the hotel coming in late so every time they opened the door, it was so loud that it woke us up. Try not to get room one. Staff was fairly friendly. Great location with grocery and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful apartment with daily housekeeping, lovely amenities and a wonderful breakfast served in our room At first we were unsure of the area but it turned out to be fabulous. Close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and more. Expedia directions for check in were confusing. Parts of the booking said all day front desk, another stated specific hours and then found a statement that we needed to contact them in advance. We got it sorted and it all worked out better than expected

Al llegar al hotel nos colocaron en una habitación de categoría inferior y al dia siguiente me cambiaron la habitación tras reclamar.El desayuno penoso para lo que pagas, habitación muy ruidosa y tuve que pedir gel y champú por ser escaso el tema.

A nightmare in Rome

We arrived at check in time and no one was there to meet us so I rang management and was told that I did not have a reservation and the person then hung up on me. I called back and let her know that I had fully paid for our accommodation and that I either need a full refund or a room. The woman then came and realised that we did have a reservation and that it was fully paid for so then we spent the next couple of days being shunted back and forth from one apartment to another as our room had been let to someone else. Talk about a lack of this organisation! it was terrible and in the end we decided to take matters into our own hands and we booked another hotel and paid for it ourselves. This should never have happened it cost us money for new a hotel and taxis back and forth to places. if you are going to stay at this place make sure you have a room available when you arrive. I would never ever stay at this place again.

Would recommend this ideal accommodation

Greeted warmly by Caterina who showed us our room and how to work everything as well as giving us a map of Rome and marking various restaurants and bars and supermarkets we were interested in. Our large room had a huge and comfortable bed, with the best pillows yet on our 7 week European holiday. Bath had spa which was used after each day's walking. Well appointed bathroom. Good WiFi. Minibar, though a little too full for us to add our own drinks. We were just 2-4 blocks from the central tourist Piazza del Popolo. Great place for visiting main attractions in Rome including The Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and The Vatican as well as brand name shopping, churches and numerous restaurants and eateries. Good simple continental breakfast served in our room meant we didn't need to go down to a dining room early in the morning.

Reservierung vergessen!!!!

Nachdem ich echt nur gutes über dieses Hotel gelesen habe, freuten wir uns schon aur schöne Tage in Rom. Dort angekommen, wurde die Angestellte an der Rezeption panisch und schrie nur "aber reserviert haben sie nicht? Weil Zimmer sind keine mehr frei" (ein Hallo zur Begrüßung war wohl zuviel verlangt?). Sie konnte keine Reservkerung finden, meine Buchungsbestätigung schien nicht zu reichen - nach einigen Minuten fand sie die Reservation. Ein Zimmer war trotzdem nicht frei. Nach einer Stunde hat sie uns ein Zimmer in eknem anderen Hotel reserviert, dass einfach nur toll war. Diese Unterkunft hier wärde ich aber keinem empfehlen; richtig unprofessionel - die Dame fand das ganze einfaxh nur amüsant, wir taten das nicht!!!! Richtig leid hat es ihr auch nicht getan, also wer entspannt seinen Urlaub beginnen will sollte von diesem Hotel Abstand nehmen

Fantastic location and excellent value for money!

We were very pleased with the accommodation as it was comfortable and very clean. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room on a tray every morning. Our room had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath which was great for relaxing in after walking around all day. It is not a "fancy" place to stay but it is clean, comfortable and offers excellent value for money. The location is fantastic if you want to explore Rome on foot and not have the hassle of catching buses or trains.

Everything you need.

Clean and more than enough room. Suite Beccaria is a hotel in a large building with law offices. It has its own front door and is on the first floor. Walking through the front door there are 5 rooms. You get a key to the main building door, a key to the entrance and a key to your suite. The staff ask you when you want your breakfast and I believe it was anytime before 10am, regardless they are very nice and gave me a gluten free breakfast! I will surely go back! It was such a great experience

Wonderful

Wonderfull room, such an small shower but very clean and big apartment, there was quiet also. They bring breakfast straight to your bed in the morning! :) Peaceful and clean location, we really recommend this place, close to walk Piazza Del Popolo and start shopping from there =)
