We arrived Friday afternoon and the AC only worked for about two hours. The temperature outside was between 86–89 degrees, making it very uncomfortable in the room without AC. When we contacted the owner, we were told maintenance wouldn’t be able to come until Monday, which was the day we were leaving. She did provide a fan and offered the mini bar, but neither helped with the heat. Opening the windows didn’t help either since the unit faced a busy street with constant traffic noise and a bus stop directly below. On top of that, every time we used the water there was a very loud pumping noise, which made it difficult to use the bathroom at night without waking up my partner.
For a hospitality hotel, they really should have emergency maintenance available 24/7.
